The Space:
Welcome our beautiful apart located in the new Virrey Cevallos , a few minutes from the famous Plaza de Mayo in Buenos Aires. Each unit has capacity for 4 people and has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

Each loft is 40 square meters in size and has a bathroom and fully equipped kitchens for you to prepare your meals. There is also a comfortable sofa bed and air conditioning is available to keep you cool during hot days.

The single beds are adaptable to double beds so you can sleep comfortably. In addition, you can enjoy high-speed internet throughout the building.

During the summer season, you can relax in the building's pool and enjoy the sunny weather of Buenos Aires.

Our building is conveniently located near popular places like San Telmo, Puerto Madero and other places of historical interest, such as Café Tortoni and Casa Rosada, just a 10-minute walk away.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
