Enjoy a well-deserved break at this two-story vacation rental located in the Savannah suburbs here on Wilmington Island. Hop in your car and head to the Fort Pulaski National Monument, visit the beaches and the Tybee Island Light Station and Museum, and explore the Savannah Historic District, all within 10 miles of this home.

Inside, you'll find everything you need for the perfect family getaway including a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances for easy meal prep. Gather around the dining table for mealtimes or game nights using some of the provided board games, and then settle into the living area to stream your favorite TV channels into the evening.

Outside, the large, fenced yard is a great space for the kids to run and play. This home also comes with central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer for your convenience.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
