Our cottage boasts an inviting open floor plan, where the kitchen seamlessly flows into the living area, making it the ideal gathering spot for your family and friends before and after your beach adventures. You can relax on the spacious sectional or gather around the farmhouse table for meals and games. With four bedrooms, including two master suites, and two additional bedrooms sharing a third bath, our home is perfect for two young families or for bringing along grandparents. Sleeping arrangements include three queen beds and a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV for added convenience.

The cottage features delightful coastal colors and decor throughout, creating a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere. All of our bathrooms have been completely renovated with modern vanities and beautiful tile work.

Enjoy the spacious front porch that spans the entire length of the house, offering a perfect spot to listen to the soothing waves or people watch year-round. To the east, you can try your hand at surf fishing while gazing out at Ocean Isle Beach. Venture west beyond 40th Street, and you'll find yourself on the pristine and undeveloped Bird Island Preserve, home to the beloved Kindred Spirit mailbox, cherished by generations of Sunset Beach residents and visitors.

If you're in the mood for more adventure, the mainland offers an abundance of golf courses, restaurants, grocery stores, and opportunities for kayak tours and rentals. You can even experience a thrilling Zipline Swamp Tour! Head down to Calabash for riverfront dining, additional shops, or venture further to Little River and beyond.
