Tämä 7600 m²: n Pioneer Hirsitalo, 3-tasoinen ylellinen mökki, 1700 m²: n kansi - sijaitsee 55 hehtaarin korkeudessa 4000 m korkeudessa mäntyjen, tammien ja koirapuiden keskellä, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät Mast Shastaan ja Siskiyou-järvelle, mutta silti vain muutaman minuutin päässä paikallisia nähtävyyksiä.

Our stay at this extraordinary Mount Shasta home was beyond anything we imagined. The house is not just a place to sleep — it’s an experience in itself. From the grand log architecture to the hand-carved details, every inch of this property felt like a warm invitation to relax, explore, and soak in nature’s beauty.The views are simply jaw-dropping — expansive, uninterrupted vistas of Mount Shasta and the shimmering lake below. We started our days with coffee on the deck and ended them gathered around the firepit, watching the sun set behind the mountains. It’s hard to describe the peace and awe this view brings — you have to feel it to believe it.One of our favorite highlights was the jacuzzi with a direct view of Mount Shasta. Soaking in warm water while gazing at the snowcapped peak felt surreal — like a private spa nestled in the clouds. It was the perfect way to unwind after days of hiking, exploring, and simply enjoying the mountain air.Inside, the home is filled with charm, luxury, and comfort. The rustic-meets-elegant design, the massive stone fireplace, cozy reading nooks, and unique log furniture made the whole space feel like a cozy lodge from a fairytale. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked and a joy to cook in. The kids loved the carved bear details and open living spaces, and the whole family had fun fishing nearby and enjoying the outdoors.This home was the perfect balance of wilderness and comfort!

Wonderful home in awesome area

Outstanding property with never-ending views of the mountain and forests. We thought the pictures of the house were nice, but the reality was even better! What a fabulous structure. Lots of room, great kitchen, space for everyone! what a house! we loved it... However, Hot tub was unavailable (broken), deck and deck furniture was not clean, some rooms were not clean, no BBQ, and lots of things just didn't work! Needs attention!

Amazing property!

The property is so beautiful. It was very peaceful and the perfect place to relax. The owners were very kind and one welcomed me to show me everything on the property. You can tell they truly care about the person enjoying their stay. I absolutely loved waking up to the beautiful Mountain View with Lake Siskiyou also. It is as if you are in a dream. It is very magical. I highly recommend!

Wow!

What an amazing stay! We stayed here in hopes of getting away from it all and having some fun in the snow and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Upon arriving, Boyce met us at the house and gave a quick tour of his beautiful house and was quick to respond to text anytime I had a question. There was plenty of space for our 2 families (total of nine of us). The kitchen had all the cookware and utensils we could possibly need and plenty of fire wood to keep the fire place well stocked. The kids loved the sledding right outside the front door too. The location and views were just perfect. We couldn’t stop taking pictures of Mt. Shasta. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful house with us. We can’t wait to come back soon!

An incredible Canadian - Cabin Transplant with Spirit and Soul! BREATHTAKING VIEWS!

I've been around the globe 7 times and I've stayed in some of the finest houses and hotels. This place is the definition of the whole package. I've never stayed somewhere with the combination of so much soul, spirit, and style as Majesty Retreat. Jaw-dropping views not to be missed! You can feel that the cabin was transported from Canada - and in Mt. Shasta - The location is to die for! As for hosting - no detail was missed. Joan and Boyce were fabulous - we already had an immediate response. Boyce has an immense, tangible passion for the property and we had a great overall experience!

Amazing family getaway

This house was a fantastic place for our family get away. My parents, my family and my sisters family had a great time. The kids had plenty of room as did the adults. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in. The whole house was lovely and we hope to stay there again.

One of a kind log lodge with spectacular views of Mt. Shasta

Our hosts were extremely helpful and made us feel welcome and right at home. The lodge was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The great room with open kitchen, dining area, two living spaces was perfect for our family gathering. The unobstructed view of Mt. Shasta from the great room and 3 bedrooms is unparalleled. It snowed after we arrived and the caretaker cleared the driveway twice a day and we had no trouble getting out at our departure.

Magnificent experience!

Mt. Shasta Majestic Retreat house was even better than the photos! The house is magnificent and Joan and Boyce Muse were a delight to work with. They were helpful, accommodating and responsive to any questions I had. My group adored the house and we loved it so much we choose to eat in rather than dining out. Nothing could compare to the views and scenery inside and outside the house. I will definitely return!

The owners are avid lovers of the outdoors and the mountains and had long dreamed of owning a log home. Couple that with a long-time love of the Mt. Shasta area and the quest for the perfect building site began.

The property was purchased in 2002 but that was just the beginning of years of love and labor that went into this magnificent home and property.

The log shell was delivered in 2005 and the home was completed in 2007.

It was not our original intention to make this home available as a vacation rental. It was originally built as a weekend home/retreat for our family.

However, after repeated inquiries we are making it available as a vacation rental for other families to enjoy.

We love Mt. Shasta, the community, our mountain getaway and the limitless beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities available there.

Being there is calming. The mountain never ceases to be anything but breathtaking.

Its like luxury camping (you have all of the sights, and sounds and smells and adventure of being in the woods) but you are in incredibly luxurious surroundings with every amenity.

You seem to sleep incredibly well there.

It's just a great place to relax and be happy and enjoy your family and friends.
