Our largest 1 bed/1 bath loft on the floor is the perfect spot for entertaining during your stay. The loft boasts a kitchen island, full dining room table, and sleeper sofa with a quaint view of the light well.

This unit features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing gourmet meals, and a dining room table and kitchen island to enjoy those meals and entertain. The living area is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of seating and a Frame TV. The bedroom area is cozy and inviting, with a Frame TV and comfortable queen-sized bed and luxury linens. The sofa also doubles as a sleeper for an additional cost if you need space for an extra two people. Please note this condo does not have cable Tv or local channels, but you are welcome to log in to your own personal streaming service.

This unit is one of multiple Brent Lofts, all located on the 3rd floor of the recently renovated historic Brent building. All units on the 3rd floor have shared access to the Sky Lounge and Fitness center. Yale Accentra lock system provides access via smart phone app, which is downloaded prior to arrival and uses Bluetooth technology. Check-In is typically considered "contactless", but a member of mgmt can be present if guest desires. The ground floor entrance directly accesses Palafox Street, home of various bars, shops, restaurants, parades and festivals. Just steps away is the Saturday Farmer's Market with dozens of vendors offering fresh produce, local art, souvenirs, and more. •Bathroom: Located in the hallway, with stand-alone shower.
•Living Room: Queen sofa couch that is easily accessible. Please note that if you anticipate needing to use the sleeper sofa to accommodate more occupants, there is a $20 charge associated with this. Please let a member of management know ASAP we can properly prepare the suite for your stay. Frame TV.
•Kitchen: Island with bar stools, 4 person dining room table, Bertazonni oven.

-Parking in the back lot is not management by us, but validation for one plate is included in your stay. Please send mgmt your plate to secure your validation.
-Access is granted by Yale Accentra app. An invite will be sent via email for guest to download prior to arrival.
