This inviting retreat enjoys a private location in a quiet neighborhood right on Lake Leelanau, as well as being mid-way between Leland (a historic fish town) and Suttons Bay (restaurants and shopping options). Not to mention Lake Michigan beaches are also close by. Closer to your vacation home, adventures on and in the lake are just steps from you. This property is also convenient to a number of other local attractions including Tandem Ciders, Bahle Farms Golf Course, and Mt. Holiday for year-round adventures. And with numerous vineyards close by, be sure to pencil in a winery tour or two.

Back at home, this two-story, vintage retreat offers a cozy atmosphere that's perfect for getting away from it all. Stock up the fridge and prepare all your favorite dishes in the compact, but complete eat-in kitchen. Dine together or gather for board games at the nearby table, and then spend relaxing afternoons in the furnished and screened porch or playing lawn games out in the large, grassy yard. Fish for bass, pike, and perch in the lake and then gather around the firepit to roast s'mores, share stories, and watch the stars come out overhead. A streaming-capable TV awaits indoors in the living area for movie nights, but don't forget the popcorn!

Additional features include a washer/dryer and a private, enclosed outdoor shower.

This home can be rented together with Lakefront Charmer - Main House and Lakefront Charmer - Guest House, or the two of them together as Lakefront Charmer - Main Home + Guest House to accommodate larger groups.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplace is currently inoperable.
This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
