Situated in the heart of Malibu, you will find the most iconic beaches, luxurious shopping, and world-class dining at my welcoming, amenities-filled property. Everything you could want such as the ocean, Malibu Pier, Whole Foods Market, coffee shops, and wonderful hiking are all within walking distance. All sorts of activities like tennis, biking, or even beach volleyball are also close. Museums, the symphony, and concerts are either walking distance or a short drive.

The space
A modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath, galley style kitchen, dining area, living room, and balcony awaits you. Enjoy high quality mattresses, linens, down pillows and comforters on the California king and queen beds. Wifi, desk, printer and extra monitor makes work easy while a folding desk can be used in the living room for extra working space.

Make yourself at home with stainless steel countertops and appliances, Gaggenau stovetop and oven and Nespresso coffee machine. Seat two indoors or two on the balcony for dining.

Guest access
A tennis court, small gym, and swimming pool are also available on the property. Our local Malibu Farmers Market is walking distance Sundays from 8 AM to 2 PM.

Other things to note
Malibu has near-perfect weather so the property does not have air conditioning.
