Your comfort and safety are our top priorities—this space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests, and all linens and towels are freshly laundered for your arrival.

Stay comfortable year-round with central heat and a wall unit A/C for those warmer days. Plus, for added convenience, coin-operated laundry machines are available in the common area for your personal use.

🏡 Smoke Free & Pet-Friendly Building – To ensure a clean, fresh environment for all guests and residents this is a SMOKE FREE property.

🎉 No Parties or Loud Gatherings – Out of respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels low and enjoy a peaceful stay.

🚗 Parking Info – You’ll have 1 reserved parking space (#6) in the garage during your stay. Please only park in this designated spot and be mindful of other residents’ spaces. If you bring 2 cars, the extra can be park in front of the property.

🔍 Guest Verification & Security – We use Truvi for guest verification to ensure a smooth check-in process. A $35 damage waiver applies per stay. This is a super simple process. Provide a photo and a drivers' license to Truvi!!

🐶 Bringing a Pet? – We welcome one dog for a $100 pet fee per stay. If you're bringing more than one pet, additional fees may apply. Sorry, no cats—the owner has severe allergies.

⏳ Last-Minute Bookings – We love hosting spontaneous travelers! If you’re booking same-day between 8 AM - 6 PM, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. A $200 refundable security deposit is required for guest who book after 6pm and will be refunded within 7 days of checkout, provided no damages occur.
