The Space:
Welcome to our carefully curated short-term rental in Colorado, perfect for couples, families, and business travelers. Whether you're here for a business trip, vacation, or weekend getaway, our meticulously designed home caters to your every need.

LIVING ROOM
Relax in our spacious, cozy living room after exploring. Entertainment includes a flat-screen TV and fast internet.

KITCHEN
Our modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances for easy cooking. Gather in the dining room for meals.

BEDROOMS
On the main floor, the master bedroom has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom stocked with essentials. The second bedroom also on the main floor features a Queen-size bed with luxurious linens. Upstairs, find a private loft area with a full-size bed, fresh linens, and fluffy pillows.

BATHROOMS
Enjoy 2.5 bathrooms for easy morning routines, ensuring everyone's ready for adventure.

OUTDOOR
Our backyard is perfect for gatherings, boasting a fire pit and BBQ grill. Dine outside and make memories around the fire.

We understand that your trip is a carefully planned experience, and we're committed to providing a stay that exceeds your expectations. With attention to detail and a focus on your comfort, our space offers everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire house and backyard to themselves, providing a peaceful and private experience.

The Neighborhood:
Located just west of downtown Colorado Springs, you will be centrally located and have quick access to I-25, Old Colorado City, and Downtown Colorado Springs within minutes! WALK into the heart of Old Colorado City and enjoy the boutique shopping and delicious restaurants!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

Perfect for our writing retreat!
We were three work colleagues staying for a couple of nights for a writing retreat. The place was perfect. Two amazing bedrooms on the bottom floor, one with its own bathroom, the other with its own little study with a window looking onto the street. The upstairs bedroom was cozy, with its own half bath. We each had good privacy and our own bathroom/half bath, as well as hangout space and a dining area for chats. Old Colorado City, with charming stores, bars, and restaurants were a relatively short walk away, and Garden of the Gods just a 10 minute drive. The kitchen was well stocked, and the hosts left a bunch of complimentary snacks and plenty of pods for the Kreuger coffee maker (there's also a regular drip coffee maker). Easy parking. Great communication from the host (a vacation rental company), including regular check-ins, etc. Just one note on the upstairs bedroom. It's super cozy, but can get hot. There's an AC, though. There's also a small attic window looking out on the street, but with no curtains, so we just put one of the seats in front of the window at night to block the view from outside. Highly recommend!

Thanksgiving vacation
We stayed at this house for 4 nights over the week of Thanksgiving. The home was very clean with a great location to attractions and restaurants. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. We enjoyed the stay. The propane fire pit in the back was a nice addition for the cold evenings. We had a few very cold nights and the homes central ac did a wonderful job of keeping us warm. Will definitely return.
