Whistling Swan Lane # 2 on upea 3 makuuhuoneen koti on oma kylpytynnyri, suljettu kannella ja yksityinen ruohoinen nurmialue. Dream Couple Getaway

The property is secluded and tidy. The hot tub, jacuzzi, bikes, and other amenities made for an ideal experience. The big kitchen, cleanliness, and large back porch added to the enjoyment.

Great rental

Great location and well-equipped property

Location of the property is excellent near the river/woods. Lots of bikes and well-equipped kitchen. Some people do not like the soft master bed but there are other options in the home. The house could use some maintenance.

Lovely Sunriver property

We had a lovely time at this property. The location is spectacular and the layout of the home was great. I loved the open kitchen and was happily surprised there was a keurig in addition to the coffee pot. I was very impressed that the beds were so comfortable. This house is nearly perfect, but is in desperate need of a deep clean and some minor maintenance. There were light bulbs out, the pantry door fell off when we arrived, and the carpet threshold into the living room is held together with duct tape. I didn't really mind this because of the location and layout, but with a little more care this place could be amazing.

Great place to go fishing while the wive are quilting. Also close to river and great bicycle trails!

Great time all around. We have stayed here quiet a few times, and still like the layout and the air conditioner. We love the location right next to the river.. Things could be kept up a little better. Barbecue, large kitchen glasses which seem to get fewer every year. Some shades are broken too. Couch in Living Area is very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. All in all, we still love the place, just wish for some more upkeep.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We go to Sunriver every year for the last 20 years and this is the first time we’ve stayed in the same house as the previous year. We had such a great experience last year and had a great time this year as well. Everything listed is true including how close the property was to the river. We have two e-bikes and enjoyed all the trails that we ventured on. I must recommend the river loop trail. Lights outside didn’t work. Light in the hot tub didn’t work. But, both minor and didn’t ruin our stay. We would rent this place again.

Great location, terrible lodging experience

From the photos, this place looks great for a family vacation. However, from the time we arrived through our week long stay, there were multiple problems with the property. I would not stay here again, we loved Sunriver as a whole. 1. Refrigerator shelves collapsed while unloading groceries on the first day 2. Wet shower mat left by cleaners in the washer 3. Recliner chair broken and wouldn’t recline 4. Pantry door fell off hinges when we tried to open it 5. Glass beer bottles left in the recycling from previous guest 6. Master bath toilet seat broken 7. Carpet runner protecting transition area between living room carpet and kitchen floors is a major tripping hazard and is covering up duct taped area with dangerous finishing nails protruding.

Enjoyable Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall experience with this home was good and would recommend the house. There were a few cleanliness issues and even left one exposed for the house cleaner to take care of (crumbs under the rug between living room and dinning room when we straightened it out and dust on top of the tv cabinet, plastic foliage). Main bathroom toilet ran periodically. Front porch light flickered and I replaced the bulb, but still flickered. Stove light flickered. Hot tub as seen better days, but worked fine and was clean. I couldn't get the thermostat to stay in one mode. The master bathroom is dated, but decent. A couple of the window shades are broken. There are not very many tall glasses in the kitchen. The frying pans have seen better days. There were plenty of great things about this home and why I would recommend it.

Dirty, worn, and in need of repairs and replacements

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hot tub had not been serviced prior to our arrival as stated on tub info in house. Water was low with floating brown slime and brown ring around. Decrepid control panel. Could not use our first day and had to call for service. Got cleaned, but then the control panel would not work and we had to call service again and they replaced the panel. They said that the tub should have been replaced years ago. Also, on arrival, dirty carpets, very dusty main bedroom. Main bathroom whirlpool tub had visible black mold growing around all four jets. Shower head had black mold growing through all the holes. Had to purchase mold cleaner and soak all before use. Living room is missing a blind in the big picture window, so we had no privacy at night from the walking path and street which are very close. Had to tack up a spare hideabed sheet for privacy. Toaster barely works in only half the slots. The barbecue grate bottoms have rotted out and only two burners will light at one time. Carpet nails have popped through near the kitchen, so a flimsy trip-hazard rug has been lain over. Cable TV was spotty and many channels would not get sound. Cable box in first bedroom near the door would not work. Called cable company listed and they could not get it to work remotely. Sunset Lodging really dropped the ball on inspection and training cleaning staff. No staff reached out during our stay to see how our visit was going. Owners need to improve upkeep.

Beautiful home

The home is very nice. Beds and furniture. Are very comfortable. The kitchen has all of the necessary items to prepare your meals. There were a few basic seasonings in the cupboard but there are no basic staples like foil, plastic wrap or baggies for storing left overs. The SHARC passes were awesome but make note that the outdoor aquatic center is only open Memorial Day to Labor Day. The bicycles are very nice and so is the ping pong table. However, the paddles are way beyond their useful life. The carpet could use some repair and a thorough cleaning. The master shower could have been cleaner but I’m pretty picky about that. All that being said, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay there again!

Great stay

Overall experience was great. The house is spacious, nice patio and backyard. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect. The only concern - the floor in the kitchen and dining area was dirty. Since we were staying with a crawling toddler the floor cleanliness was important.

Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean, easy entry/exit and overall size, layout was fine. However there were several things we did not find optimal. The blinds were difficult to operate and a couple of them did not work, even after following detailed instructions (they shouldn't be so complicates as to need instructions). Kitchen amenities were adequate for our quick stay but seemed sparse if we intended to cook decent meals. The biggest drawback was the king size bed. The mattress was so extremely firm that we couldn't sleep on it. We were forced to use one of the smaller rooms with a smaller bed. Slept well in that one but very disappointing we had to give up the beautiful large master bedroom. Not idea or expected for a nice vacation getaway.

Spring Break Getaway

Location was great, home was clean and cozy. The fireplace was a nice touch, especially since we experienced a couple days of snow during our visit. Additionally, the kitchen was very well equipped, with literally everything we needed to prepare meals. All home instructions were posted and easy to follow. It really was perfect for our family of four to enjoy the sights, of which many were within short driving distance. Loved the blue chairs (super comfortable and cozy in front of the fire)!

Quick access to bike trails and mountain bike trails.

Nice layout for family. Enjoyed the hot tub and quick access to all the bike trails and mountain bike trails. House was clean upon arrival. Some dishes did not look clean, but might be due to the dishwasher detergent dispenser did not always open during the cycle. Kids enjoyed the ping pong table in garage. We brought our own bikes, but there were several available to use if we had not. We enjoyed our stay.
