Welcome to this cozy home in Bates-Hendricks, downtown Indianapolis that`s perfect for groups of 6 enjoying one of the best cities in the midwest, 4 Min to Fountain Square, Cozy home, 5 Min to Lucas Oil & the convention center, Comfortable living and dining area, 10 min to Mass Ave, Stocked coffee bar
Note: This is one side of a duplex and the backyard is shared.
PETS: We do allow guests to bring 1 dog under 50 pounds. It would help if you let us know that you will be bringing a dog.

- Street parking is available for guests.
