BRAND NEW FOR THE 2023-24 SKI SEASON. This stunning home, located at the in the gated Arrowhead Country Club of the Rockies, is a stunning mountain retreat located just minutes from the Arrowhead Village with use of the complimentary shuttle service which runs during the ski season. This home offers the convenience of residing within the resort and tranquility of a private gated community. Enjoy relaxing in this gorgeous Colorado property with room for the entire family.

With wraparound views of the mountain and aspen groves this wonderful home offers several living spaces to be enjoyed by large families and groups of friends alike. The home boasts an array of on-site amenities that include a large outdoor deck with lots of seating, an indoor fireplace, outdoor fireplace and fire pit, a fully equipped kitchen and TVs throughout. Unique features of the home include a private hot tub, BBQ grill, and phenomenal location around the block from tennis and pickleball courts. The property has garage space for 2 vehicles with an additional 2 vehicles in the driveway.

Arrowhead Village is a secluded residential community at the western entrance to the Beaver Creek Ski Resort, with easy access to the mountain and some of the shortest lift lines in the entire resort. In addition to access to the resort, this home is located just minutes away from the quaint pedestrian-friendly Riverwalk Shopping District in Edwards, offering unique and diverse shops and restaurants.

This beautiful home is just a short complimentary shuttle ride to the Arrowhead Village during the winter during ski hours or for those bringing their own car, parking is available in the free Arrowhead Skier lot. Arrowhead Village has an outdoor heated pool open in both winter and summer, as well as the Broken Arrow cafe, open for lunch in the winter, the Vista Restaurant open year round for dinner, and tennis courts.

The bedroom configuration for the home is as follows:

Master Suite #1 features a King bed with en-suite bathroom
Master Suite #2 features a King bed with en-suite bathroom
Guest Suite #1 features a Queen bed with en-suite bathroom
Guest Suite #2 features a Queen bed with en-suite bathroom
Guest Suite #3 features two Full beds with en-suite bathroom

This home sleeps 10 adults. An additional 2 children can be accommodated for a maximum occupancy of 12 people.

This residence includes a mid stay housekeeping service for stays of five nights or longer. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to, and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling. Please note housekeeping services are not scheduled on major holidays.

This home requires a Damage Protection Policy to cover your stay for accidental damage up to $5,000. This policy is required from this property manager and already included in the displayed price. Guests who prefer to place a security deposit for this amount in lieu of the Damage Protection Policy can inquire for additional details.

*The Beaver Creek lifts are operated by Vail Resorts. Ski-in/Ski-out access is subject to Vail Resort’s terrain operating schedule and weather permitting

We loved having our own hot tub & outdoor fireplace. Village connect shuttle picks up and drops off in the driveway. Slopes are right around the corner. Our adult children all voted to come back to this house next year! Huge success!!! Perfect location for a summer vacation too! In a gated golf community with pickleball courts:)

The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for us....2 masters on the top floor, living area in the ground floor , and 3 bedrooms for the children on the bottom floor. all bedrooms have their own private bath. The bottom floor also has a game room, with a fire place (gas) and doors leading out to the hot tub ( worked great) and a seating area with a fire place, and the gas grill was in this area also.The kitchen has lots of counter top area, and a large island, so we could all be in the kitchen together doing various tasks. Drive way and garage has room for 4 cars. Home was always warm and homey. Very private view out the back. Easy to get to from the ski slopes by car, although there is bus service too. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for all the hospitality!

We were a bit hesitant to book as we normally stay within walking distance of the lift, but the free shuttle made everything so simple! We will definitely book this again next time to have all the extra space to spread out instead of packing our family into a condo. The decks were spectacular when the sun was out!
