The condo was in a perfect location. A short stroll down the sidewalk to the beach and a short distance by car or golf cart to shopping, eats or exploring. We will definitely be back!

On the dunes with accessible boardwalk right to beach! Cozy and comfortable for girls weekend and very affordable! Full kitchen! The gate on the porch needs to be fixed and shower curtain liner replaced.:-)was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends!

As close to on the beach as you can get

Great little place for my family of 3. So convenient to walk out the door and be directly in front of the boardwalk. No need to rent a golf cart or buy a beach parking pass for your vehicle, it is SO close. Super comfy beds.

Overall bad experience. These units need to be shout down and need to be cleaned thoroughly and all linens replaced along with new with new tapestries and shower curtains. The people next door smoked so much they left their door open and we could smell it in our room. We took a walk to the beach using the access bridge an I saw an individual with a knife peeping into the sliding doors of the units when saw that I was looking at him he walked away. The next day I caught him looking in the back of peoples trucks. Parking was a disaster.

Very simple and quiet condo right on the beach. Accomodations were clean and easy to use. Just need to work on the water pressure in the shower or get a new shower head and repair the back door/sliding door lock.

Great location!

This condo is in a great location directly across the boardwalk to the beach and the pool in front. We were able to take a quick five minute walk to the Sandfest and miss all of the traffic. The condo size was like a standard hotel room which was fine for 2 people. The outside of the condo complex is a little run down but the inside was updated. The vibe was very laid back and quiet.

Location location location

This is a prime spot. Everything you need is within a short walking distance. From beach, bbq grill, pool, laundry, trash and to your car. Paul was extremely responsive within minutes and I only needed to reach out one time for questions. Condo was clean and had everything needed for a great stay. Plenty of room for 4 people. Watching the Sun Rise Over the Gulf

Beautiful condo within sight and earshot of the beach. Condo was equipped exactly the way it was described. Very clean and well apportioned with towels, etc. The patio faced the beach, and we enjoyed drinking coffee while watching the sun rise. The property manager comminated with us twice before we actual checked in.

Great Little Vacation Getaway

This property is small in size since it's an efficiency condo BUT it is huge in location, across the parking lot from pool, BBQ area & tennis courts. The beach access walkway is also right out the back door. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely come back again. The only negative comment I have is that cookware such as frying pan should be replaced & AC unit doesn't get quite cold enough but it was 109 with heat index. Paul, the property manager, was also wonderful & quick to respond when we needed to figure out how to hookup TV & WIFI.

Still a wonderful experience years later

Rented a few years ago and had the most memorable time of our lives, so we decided to rent again, this time bringing along our kids for spring break vacation. Unfortunately a cold front hit during our stay which limited the amount of time we could stay at the beach but kids still had fun at the nearby pool/eateries. Corpus was also a short drive away which allowed us to see the local aquariums/museums, and experience some indoor fun away from the weather. Room was clean and well stocked, with plenty of space to sleep with two beds. Bathrooms had enough towels for several trips to the beach. I recommend carrying $10 worth of quarters to use the nearby washer/dryer machines (as they don't take credit cards) and wash any towels/clothes as needed. Will probably try to avoid spring break season next time as parking was somewhat difficult around town and will also keep a better eye on the weather for our next stay. But altogether we still had fun and will visit again in the future.

It doesn't get any closer to the beach but you can't see it.

You can not see a landscape view of the beach from unit 140 which is on the ground floor. There are some large mounds between you and the beach. You can for sure hear the beach/ocean and that was amazing. The location is killer and convenient for sure. You can get to the beach, after a short 500ft walk, in about 3-4 minutes. If you forget someone, it's so nice to just run back to the house and grab it. Apparently, the entire area about 100 ft in front of you is a rattlesnake habitat. Do not recommend leaving the door open unattended. We did not see any snakes but there are two signs on the path that say stay on the path- ha. The inside is okay, it's slightly larger than the size of a hotel room so I felt like we were constantly running into everything. We wanted to get up and walk to the beach vs drive down and that is what we got here. I still gave it 4 stars but I honestly felt it was a bit overpriced once you add in cleaning fees, etc. for a short stay. There are some really nice places in Port A that are better, but you won't get the sounds of the beach or quick access like this place so it's a preference of what you want. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
