As mentioned above, this building is in the midst of a major deck renovation project, with construction activity taking place Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. That means you can expect noise, dust, debris, and construction crews during those weekday hours. Decks are completely unusable at this time for safety reasons.

The upside? Nights and weekends are quiet, and if you're planning to be out hiking, biking, swimming, or exploring Tahoe during the day — this is your chance to score a seriously discounted stay. We’ve priced these units well below normal rates for guests who just need a comfy, convenient place to recharge between outdoor adventures.

Two Bedroom #801 offers:
• 1,100 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, and living area with gas fireplace, and washer/dryer.
• The main bedroom has a king bed and a renovated en-suite bathroom with an oversized standing shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen size bunk bed, and a full bathroom. Each bedroom has its own television.
• The living space has a sectional sofa with a queen sofa bed, lounge chair, television, and DVD player. The dining area seats four with four additional barstools at the kitchen’s breakfast bar.
• The kitchen includes utensils, coffee maker, and stainless steel appliances such as full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, full stove top and oven.
• The two bed condominium accommodates 3 to 8 people.

UPDATE: Some Building 7 decks are closed for repair after recent inspections. Permanent repairs are scheduled, but there is currently no access access to the balcony in condo #801. Updates will be posted when the deck is repaired. Thank you for your understanding.

The second bedroom is quite roomy as well and has a double queen size bunk bed, television and full bathroom, also newly renovated.
