Enjoy a dreamy getaway in our elegant home, located on one of Cape Corals peaceful canals! This spacious escape is full with wonderful features including high decorative ceilings, quality outdoor furniture, heated infinity pool overlooking the water. This home is suitable if you have a large family or a gathering of friends. Cape Coral is a perfect vacation spot for anyone! Beaches, family activities, quiet neighborhood and the vibrant night life of Downtown located only eight minutes away!

Along with the pool, this beautifully screened in lanai offers comfort for everyone. Wonderful seating area with coffee table, day bed with retractable canopy, and a lounge chair. Large dinning table and BBQ grill are located next to the Kitchen for easy meal preparations. Two high top chairs and bar top are placed by the sliding kitchen window.The living room is located right off the kitchen and is equip with two single reclining chairs and couch. Wifi is available to all guests and is logged into the main TV. Family room TV includes Disney+, Hulu and ESPN. Extra seating area past the foyer is a perfect spot to enjoy the view in the morning with coffee or in the evening with a cocktail! We have beds for everyone! One Queen, one Full and one Full over Full bunk bed, and extra blow up mattress located in the closets. The master Bedroom has a King bed, a luxurious private bathroom and walk in closet. This room also has double doors leading out to the lanai/pool. The entire home has air conditioning and ceiling fans are in every room. Bath towels are always provided for our guests. Pool/Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella are also available!

Check in is after 3 pm and check out is before 10 am. Unless previously requested by the guest, there will be a $100 fee for every hour after 10 am.

Pool filter and pool heater are not to be tampered with for any reason. This will will a $500 fine. If you would like the pool heated it is an additional $25 per day.

Absolutely no food in any rooms except the kitchen and dinning tables. There will be a $200 fine of food is found anywhere but the kitchen and dinning tables. This includes bedrooms, couches, bathrooms.

Gatherings involving more than 15 people will be fined $500. 20 people is including number of guests staying at the house.

Cape Corals noise ordinance hours are 9pm to 7am everyday. Please be respectful to our neighbors. They could call law enforcement and could result in a fine towards your group up to $500 from the host and any additional charges from law enforcement.

Removal of any items from this home will result in a fine. We need all supplies to be left in the home for our next guest.

Absolutely no animals.

Pool toys, floats and yourselves are the only things allowed in our pool. No drinks, water balloons or trash of any kind.

No sand in the Pool. Please fully rinse off after a beach day if you are planning on using the pool.

The thermostat can not go any lower than 69 degrees for A/C and no higher than 76 for heat.

Dish washer must be started before departure. No dirty dishes are to be left in the sink.

If you do take pool towels to the beach, they must be as sand free as possible before bringing them back into the home.

The primary renter must be 25 years or older and present for the entire stay.

Smoking is only permitted outside of the home.

No fire works.

If there are any spills anywhere in the home, you must clean it. If they are not cleanable please contact the host and fines will be determined.
