Completely rebuilt pool includes a jetted spa, tanning shelf (w/ umbrella), interior bench seating, and remote-control heating and lighting. Pristine desert landscaping and wondrous views of the San Jacinto and Upper Desert mountains from both the front and back yards. Ideal bedding for up to six adults, well-appointed with Pure Parima linens, CloudTech mattresses, and Coop pillows (all selected with high quality and comfort a top priority). The Primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with sleek lighting and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and fan. The Primary also includes a 43” Samsung Smart TV with Youtube TV (and all your favorite apps). Bedroom #2 offers broad mountain views and direct access to the pool. Additional Rules and Info:

- Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.

- Pool with spa heating available at $70 per day, or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 86 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. There is a 14-consecutive day minimum for pool and/or spa heating scheduling.

- Post stay housekeeping is for three hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.

- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their driver’s license at check-in.

Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available.
