Our Victorian home offers all the comforts of home....
A 4 season destination!

The first floor features an oversized dining room. A family room with gas fireplace that has two wing back chairs and a sofa. A living room with smart tv, sofa and loveseat. A butlers pantry with plenty of storage and a beverage cooler to keep your drinks cold. Our full size kitchen offers a 5 burner cooktop, double oven and dishwasher. Perfect for spending the holidays with us. Just off the kitchen is a mudroom and library with gas fireplace, table and chairs.

The second floor offers the following Sleeping options:
Bedroom 1-(master) features a 1 King Bed with Full bath
Bedroom 2- Full bed with reading lamps
Bedroom 3- Queen size bed w/dressing room
Bedroom 4 -Full size bed overlooking historic Guy Park Avenue

Outside you will find parking for 3 in our garage/parking area. In-ground pool (Typically open Memorial-Labor Day) , Fire pit area and large deck.

Were 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs /Albany International Airport/Adirondack Park. As well as area attractions like Howes Caverns, Mohawk Valley Gateway Overlook, Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame, Rivers Casino, Herkimer Diamond Mine, Lake Placid, Wineries of the Finger Lakes, Adirondack Animal Land, Apple Orchards, Saratoga Race Track, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Dozen's of ski resorts, Great Escape - Six Flags, Boldt Castle, Corning Museum of Glass, Boxing Hall of fame, Santa's Workshop, Proctors Theatre as well the MVP Arena.

In the home we offer an abundance of information about local attractions and towns as well as a list of recommended restaurants and experiences in the area. We truly are a 4 season destination and would be happy to assist with local reservations or recommendations. As always our caretaker and housekeeping crew are there to handle your every need should they arise. We want your stay to be a comfortable and enjoyable one. We are more than happy to help with special on demand requests. Need flowers delivered? Caterer or private chef for a dinner party? Chauffer or car service for a night on the town? Groceries or liquor delivered prior to your arrival? Just ask we will do our best to make sure all your needs and requests are met.

We take pride in our home and when our family is not enjoying it we want you to be able to. Our neighborhood is very QUIET and we would like to keep it that way. This home is NOT available for parties or events. We have a minimum age rental policy, number of guests and number of vehicles on the property. All guests are required to purchase additional insurance and understand that any breaking of the house rules will result in immediate eviction.
