Welcome to our exquisite Cannonball Cabin, located in the picturesque Broken Bow area. This charming cabin offers a range of amenities to ensure a truly memorable getaway. Unwind in the inviting hot tub, take a refreshing dip in the seasonal non-heated private pool, or gather around the cozy fire pit for a magical evening under the stars.

The living room, situated upstairs, provides a comfortable and stylish space to relax and unwind. With two large leather couches, a gas fireplace, and a big-screen HDTV, you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies in ultimate comfort. The room also features a leather ottoman and direct access to the balcony, allowing you to soak in the breathtaking views of the surrounding area.

The kitchen and dining area, also located upstairs, are fully equipped to cater to your culinary needs. The kitchen boasts full-size appliances, a Keurig coffee/K-Cup combo, a hot water kettle, dinnerware, and an extensive selection of cooking utensils. The dining table comfortably seats six, while additional seating for four can be found at the kitchen island, ensuring ample space for everyone to enjoy meals together.

The master bedroom (downstairs) offers a tranquil retreat with its luxurious amenities. Featuring a comfortable king-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a bench, and a wardrobe closet with hangers, you'll have everything you need for a restful night's sleep. The ensuite bathroom is equally impressive, with double vanity sinks, a large walk-through shower complete with a rain shower head, plush robes, towels, and all necessary toiletries. A private toilet adds an extra touch of convenience.

The bunk Room and bathroom (downstairs) offer a cozy and fun space for guests to relax and unwind. The room features a twin over-a-queen bunk bed with storage underneath the queen bed, closet space with hangers, a large sleeper sofa, 2 stools, and a big-screen TV. Guests can enjoy entertainment with an entertainment center that includes games and a pre-loaded arcade game table. Additionally, there is a convenient kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave for quick snacks. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with double vanity sinks, a towel rack, and a spacious walk-in shower. Guests will also have direct access to the bottom patio from this room.

The second master bedroom and bathroom (upstairs) provide a luxurious retreat with a King-size bed, nightstands on both sides, and a big-screen HDTV for entertainment. The ensuite bathroom boasts separate vanities, a large walk-in shower with an extra-large circle soaker tub, plush robes, and a private toilet for added comfort and convenience.

The outdoor living spaces at the property offer a variety of amenities for guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The bottom deck features a private hot tub, a grill for outdoor cooking, cornhole boards for entertainment, 2 picnic tables for outdoor dining, access to the pool, a firepit with seating for 7, 2 saucer swings, and 1 porch swing. The middle deck provides a picnic table for outdoor dining and 6 rocking chairs for relaxation. The upper deck is equipped with outdoor patio furniture, 4 sun loungers for soaking up the sun, outdoor fans, and outdoor heaters for comfort in any weather.

General - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a 6% processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 9 guests, no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
