This newly constructed semi-oceanfront home is in Corolla's newest neighborhood, The Pine Island Limited. This premier home has everything you need to enjoy family time together at the property and is just a short walk to the beach. This prestigious home features 8 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, spacious gathering areas for the family to enjoy eating together or just hanging out, along with some quiet areas to nestle up with a good book.
An office desk is available for those never-ending work emails. And, premium bed linens and bath towels are provided with beds made upon arrival! We have amenities to accommodate everyone, such as a game room with pool table and shuffleboard, and a theater room.
This home also features an elevator, Wi-Fi for working or streaming, and a surround sound system. Enjoy plenty of outside entertainment with the pool, hot tub, cabana, outside shower, ping pong, and fire pit. Enjoy the extra space on one of the many exterior decks. Whether inside or out, you will be sure to make family vacation memories that will last a lifetime... or at least sustain you until next year!
This home welcomes up to 2 pets for an additional fee of $25 per day per pet ($175 minimum) plus tax. Pets shall be limited to (2) domestic, housebroken adult dogs (no puppies). Puppies are defined as dogs less than 18 months of age.
