It is an easy walk to Market Square, transportation, shopping, restaurants, cafe's, brew pubs, historic buildings, theatres and Victoria’s Famous Inner Harbour. 1 block away is the Gate of Harmonious Interest, Canada’s oldest Chinatown, 3 blocks to the Victoria Public Market and 2 blocks to the waterfront & the Victoria Harbour Ferry Stop!

The Space
Our condo is a beautiful, fully upgraded one bedroom, one bath including a complete bathroom renovation in 2023, creating a walk-in shower, upgraded shower head, new flooring & quartz countertop, luxurious towels, shampoo, conditioner, paper products and soaps for your stay. We also renovated our kitchen, with new cabinetry, quartz counters and brand new appliances (fridge, stove, microwave & dishwasher)! We have a brand new queen mattress purchased in 2021, a beautiful pillow top with high quality linens and a brand new leather Lazy-Boy reclining couch, purchased in 2022! Oh, and we almost forgot, we bought a brand new 50" Smart TV in November of 2023! We hope you enjoy all of our upgrades!
