Welcome to the DownTown Ace, your ultimate getaway destination! This incredible 1200 sq ft, two-story home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, and ample extra parking in the driveway. With a split floor plan and an oversized master suite, our home is perfect for couples, families, or groups of up to 6 people.
Each room is equipped with a smart TV and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi with over 1,000 pre-paid channels. The master suite features a lush king-sized bed, world-class linens, and a dedicated play area for the kids. The second guest bedroom offers a delightful queen bed, while the third guest bedroom has two twin-sized beds.
As you enter the home, the chic living room beckons with its gorgeous velvet sofa and 55” smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes all essential items and a coffee bar. In the garage, you'll find an assortment of games for families and couples. The laundry area comes with a washer/dryer and complimentary Tide pods.
Our 2-car garage is perfect for storing your golf equipment, bikes, or outdoor gear, and it also features a ping pong table, golf putter mat, magnetic dart board, life-size Jenga, and various other games. Outside, you can enjoy the patio area with a BBQ pit.
