The Space:
Entirely new two bedroom luxury apartment in the historic row house of formerly owned by one of recent history’s most colorful Congressmen!

Living room: The living room sectional converts to a queen bed, comfortably sleeping up to six. Work or relax at the desk, kitchen bar, or dining table, with a wall-mounted TV and coffee table to enjoy.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge and freezer with water and ice on hand, plus a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and deep sink. You’ll also find all the essentials stocked, so you can cook and enjoy meals just like at home.

Dining area: The dining area has a comfy table for four, along with extra seating and a side table, perfect for lingering over meals or sharing stories together.

Bedrooms: The bedroom invites you to unwind on a cozy queen bed, while the den offers a trundle with two fresh twin mattresses, perfect for family or friends. You’ll also have plenty of storage space to settle in and feel right at home.

Bathroom: The bathroom features a sleek glass-and-tile walk-in shower, with enough storage for your things. Soft Frette towels and luxurious Lather products are provided to make your stay feel extra special.

Outdoor patio: The patio is your own little escape, with cozy café-style seating and a sun umbrella, perfect for sipping morning coffee or unwinding with an evening glass of something delicious. (Please limit noise outside after 10pm please)

Music notice: This home is below a classical musician, so you may hear a faint piano serenade during the daytime.

We love calling Dupont Circle our home! It’s a beautiful, historic, residential pocket right on the edge of downtown. Walk among trees and well tended front gardens bursting with flowers in springtime, next to Embassy Row and a 30 min walk to the White House.

We are surrounded by all types of great restaurants and bars, parks and playgrounds, and a short walk to the Phillips Collection’s great art.

Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Parking Information
This property has on site parking for a fee and should be reserved in advance. Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation. Use of any designated parking options is at your own risk. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.

Pet Policy
This pet-friendly residence welcomes your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $10 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. Additional fee for one pet is $20/night, if you have more than one please send us a message to discuss if our space will be a fit!
