The home features four well-appointed bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms, providing ample space to spread out and relish in your privacy. Each bedroom offers plush mattresses and private bathrooms, ensuring ultimate comfort for all guests.
At the heart of the house, a fully-stocked kitchen awaits your culinary endeavors, whether you're planning a quick breakfast before a beach outing or a family feast.
Step outside into a private oasis with a seasonally heated pool, complete with comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ area perfect for those long summer evenings. An outdoor shower adds a convenient touch for refreshing after your beach escapades.

All adults must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and credit card to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt**
All guests agree to no parties, no outside guests at any time and ALL rules must be observed.
We are dog/pet friendly with a $100 pet fee. 2 pets max
Check-in & check-out are contactless. Check-in instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival with your door code.
Near several amusement parks, such as putt putt golf, bumper boats, go carts, sling shot, & arcades just to name a few!
Amazingly convenient neighborhood! Walk to several restaurants and gift shops. Also near the marinas that you can book a boat or jet ski rental, parasail & the pirate cruise.
There are 2 owners closets in the home that are off limits. We have signs on these doors and they are locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!
We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.
When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.
**POOL:
Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment including adjusting temperature / spa settings. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
Cost to heat is $50/day, 2 night minimum, with 2 day notice to heat.
Pool heater is electric and only capable of heating 20F above ambient temperature. Therefore, if forecasted average temperature during your stay is under 64F, pool heater may not function. Pool heat fee will be refunded if this is the case.
Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the pool heater, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**
