Please know that the last 0.5 miles to this property are UNPAVED and GRAVEL. A typical vehicle can make this drive in normal weather, but in heavy rain and snow, an AWS or 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended. Refunds will not be provided due to inclement weather.
House is not baby-proofed. There's an open staircase, and things like cabinets, table edges, etc are unprotected. Infants are welcome at your own risk.
For your stay, we'll include amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash in every bathroom, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, Keurig K-pods and laundry detergent. You'll be responsible for replenishing after they run out.
If you'd like a mid-stay cleaning, the cost is $220 USD. Please notify your host to arrange it, subject to availability, no guarantees we can make it happen.
For stays of 25 nights or longer, there is a mandatory mid-stay cleaning that's complimentary. Our team will be getting in touch with you during your stay to coordinate the best day-time to do it.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking is confirmed, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You'll receive an email from Superhog upon booking to fill out your details. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled.
HOUSE RULES - Our number one goal is to make your stay as comfortable and peaceful as possible. In order to accomplish this, I simply ask that all guests follow these house rules:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Quiet hours are between 10PM – 8AM, 7 days a week.
- No more than 8 people on the property at any time, additional day guests must be approved by host beforehand.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
- Recreational drug use or any illegal activity at the property is strictly prohibited.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any cost related to damages that occurred during their stay, including extra-cleaning charges if needed or any unauthorized pets if discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file and followed by an email breaking down the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
- Renters of 30+ days may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Fireworks are prohibited from the premises.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Hot Tub: Guests have access to the hot tub located on the property, guests will use the hot tub at their own risk. Guests that are pregnant or disabled use at their own risk. No glass, bottles, or glassware allowed in on on the hot tub.
- Fire Pit: Guests have access to the fire pit located in the back of the property, guests use is at their own risk. Guest fires in the fire pit are prohibited during local burn bans.
-Peloton: Guests have access tp a Peloton located in the game room, guests use of the Peloton is at their own risk.
- BBQ Grill: Guests have access tp the BBQ Grill located on the deck of the property, guests use of the BBQ Grill is at their own risk.
The home uses a Smart Lock keyless entry where you can check yourself in using the electronic door code.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!

OPEN CONCEPT LIVING / DINING / KITCHEN AREA
Up just a few steps from the driveway and you’re into the spectacular living area with its huge floor-to-ceiling windows through which you’ll get your first taste of the spectacular mountain and forest views. There’s a balcony out there we’ll look at later. But first, this room, with a living area featuring a couch facing the gas fireplace with the first of the home’s many smart TVs wall-mounted above it. It’s all next to the kitchen which, as you’d expect from a home that’s only a couple of years old, is full of modern appliances, and has plenty of cabinets and fridge freezer space to store the favorite foods of up to 8 guests. Gather and sip coffee at the kitchen island with breakfast bar seating. Keurig and drip coffee machine provided.
THE VIEWS
You’ll soon see why every wall in this house has as many windows as possible. The layered mountain views through them are simply stunning. With nature all around you here, you can’t help but relax and unwind.
4 BEDROOMS
There are two on the first floor and two in the walk-out basement.
Master Bedroom - this is directly off the living area on the first floor and features large windows and direct access to the first-floor deck. You get a gloriously comfortable king-size bed in here, a wall-mounted smart TV, plus an ensuite bathroom with a wet bathroom area, double vanity, dual head shower, and toilet.
Bedroom 2 - First floor - On the opposite side of the living area to the master bedroom, this room features another king-size bed, plus an armchair and direct access to the upper outdoor deck. There’s also a wall-mounted smart TV and tiled ensuite bathroom with toilet, vanity, and large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3 - off the game room in the basement, there’s a king-size double in here, another smart TV, and access to the basement deck area. The ensuite in here features a fiberglass tub with shower overhead, plus vanity and toilet.
Bedroom 4 - Also accessed from the game room, this twin bedroom is ideal for kids who just want to jump out of bed every morning and start playing. There’s another wall-mounted smart TV in here and plenty of storage space for clothes and bags (just like in all of the other bedrooms).
3 BATHROOMS
Each is attached to one of the first three bedrooms. They are described in the Bedrooms section above.
GAME ROOM
This basement space directly under the living area is sure to prove popular. It’s bright and attractive like the other rooms in the house, with another sofa opposite a wall-mounted smart TV and the added bonus of a foosball table and a multi-game arcade machine. A Peloton bike is also ready for you in this room, equipped with toe cages on the opposite side of the pedals so you can ride with your regular sneakers!
OUTSIDE SPACE
Each of the 2 floors has a balcony area accessed through huge floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s plenty of seating outside on both levels at which you can eat, drink or just sit back and enjoy those views. When you’re done admiring your surroundings, how about some Cornhole, followed by a BBQ using the gas grill that’s waiting for you on the first-floor deck? The lower deck has a very large hot tub that seats 6. There’s also direct access from here via a staircase to the inviting fire pit (firewood not provided but easy to get at the grocery store)
THE LAUNDRY
Situated next to the kitchen is a room with a washer ad dryer. It means that if, after all that outdoor adventuring, clothes get a little dirty, you can get them clean and ready to wear again in-house.
REMOTE WORKING
In case any of your group has to bring their laptop for work, the whole house is equipped with fiber internet, which means really fast wi-fi service (>500 mbps).
PARKING
There’s space for up to 3 vehicles on the driveway outside the house, handy if your group is arriving in separate cars.
