Welcome to Casa Myna - your luxurious retreat in the heart of the city! This one-bedroom home features a king-sized bed and three-piece ensuite for comfort and convenience. The second guest bathroom, equally equipped with a three-piece suite, ensures privacy and ease for all occupants. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space is a stylish masterpiece, featuring high-end appliances that create a space to cook to your hearts content. Immerse yourself in the warmth of the carefully curated color palette—soothing blues and relaxing greys create a tranquil ambiance. Infused with touches of traditional Mexican art, the space is both chic and culturally rich, offering an exciting blend of modern comfort and vibrant heritage.
Step onto the expansive terrace to with a panoramic view of the bustling city below, the terrace is the perfect spot for al fresco dining or simply unwinding in the fresh air. Inside, enjoy the entertainment provided by two smart TVs and stay connected with high-speed wifi throughout the home. For added convenience, a full washer and dryer are discreetly tucked away in-suite, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
House Rules - Additional Rules
• All guests must read and sign the rental rules prior to being granted access to the property.
• Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 visitors at a time. All visitors must be registered at the front desk and leave an official photo ID.
Please note: Visitors are not permitted to use any of the common areas (e.g., pool, gym, rooftop, etc.).
• Visitor registration is not permitted after 10:00 p.m., and all visitors must leave the property by 12:00 a.m. (midnight).
Visitors attempting to register after midnight will not be allowed access.
• Failure to comply with the community regulations may result in fines starting at $2,000 MXN and up to $80,000 MXN per infraction for serious or repeated violations.
Depending on the nature of the offense, additional consequences may include immediate expulsion from the property or legal action.
