Huoneisto sijaitsee 4. ja 3. kerroksessa (hissi). Se koostuu kahdesta duplex-studiosta, joita ei ole kytketty toisiinsa, mutta jotka ovat riittävän lähellä kommunikoidakseen helposti.
Jokaisella studiolla on oma puhelin, joka sallii puhelujen välillä.

Rakennus on viehättävällä pienellä Bourg Tibourg -aukion alueella ravintoloineen, kahviloineen, joissa on terasseja, joissa ihmiset haluavat viettää aikaa puhua, syödä tai nauttia auringosta. Lähellä on laaja valikoima leipomoja, juustomarkkinoita, viiniä ja kaikenlaisia ruokamarkkinoita parhaan ranskalaisen perinteen mukaan, ja jopa viljelijän markkinat ovat kotiovellesi kahdesti viikossa.

Erittäin kätevällä paikalla, lähellä kaikkia kuljetuksia, mutta enimmäkseen et tarvitse niitä, koska enemmän Pariisin nähtävyyksiä on kävelymatkan päässä. Vain muutaman askeleen päässä Seine-joesta ja Notre Damen katedraalista.
Rakennus on suojattu pääsykoodilla ja sisäpuhelimilla, ja alue on erittäin turvallinen.

Huoneisto on 48 neliömetriä (24 + 24) duplex 3. ja 4. kerroksessa. Molemmat tasot yhdistetään helpon portaiden avulla asunnon ulkopuolella (rakennuksen sisällä). Tästä syystä se ei sovellu pienten lasten perheeseen, ainakin he oleskelevat aikuisen kanssa samassa studiossa.
Jokaisessa studiossa on täydellinen keittiö, pieni, mutta erittäin tehokas ja käytännöllinen, liesi, tavallinen uuni, mikroaaltouuni, jääkaappi jne. Pesukone / kuivuri. Ruokapöytä 4 hengelle. Kattotuuletin. Ilmastointi. Kylpyhuone, jossa kylpyamme ja suihku, wc, pesuallas.

Sängyt ovat erittäin mukavia viskoelastisilla Tempur Original -patjoilla rentoutua pitkän päivän jälkeen. Jokaisella tasolla on kaksinkertainen Murphy-sänky ja sohva. 3. kerroksessa on myös sänky (päivävuode)
 Kaapit lattiasta kattoon ulottuvilla peileillä. Kaapeli-TV, CD-soitin, DVD, radio, ilmainen langaton Internet-kuitu, ILMAINEN WIFI, ilmaiset puhelut useimpiin maihin ja jopa ilmaiset matkapuhelut Yhdysvaltoihin ja Kanadaan.
Jokaisessa kerroksessa on kaksi isoa kaksoispaneelia, jotka näyttävät “Mauvais Garcons” -kadun yli. Huoneisto on hiljainen Pariisin keskustassa ja erittäin valoisa.

Lähellä runsaasti supermarketteja, kaikki ostoksesi tarpeesi alueella. Yksi Pariisin BHV: n kuuluisimmista tavarataloista on seuraava.

Fantastic location with all you need.

The two duplex apartments are great for two couples vacationing. The apartments are cozy, but with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The apartment is located in a vibrant area, full of cafes, restaurants and shops. Conveniently located near a main metro line and walking distance to the Seine and Notre Dame. Would definitely stay here again. The elevator is very small and did break down one day making it difficult for people with mobility issues to navigate the stairs.

Southern women in Paris

This property is located in a wonderful part of Paris. Easy walk to Notre Dame and across the Siene. It is two separate studio apartments, 3 rd and 4th floor. Both have their own charm. Very small elongated elevator. It totally reminded me of Emily in Paris. It is located in a square of 4 restaurants…we chose Cafe L Entincello to be our night cap place. We had such a wonderful time. Marais apartment

The location of this apartment was a little confusing to find, because it is in an area that is full of restaurants and cafes, and those businesses somewhat hide the front door of the building. The property owner was wonderful with communication, and the concierge worked with us for a late arrival. once we found it, it was great, although the elevator is typically small, and can fit basically 2 people with no luggage. Even so, I would stay here again.

Great location.

These are two studios on floors above/below each other. Murphy bed was a soft mattress but fine. Kitchen tiny but serviceable. Good windows silenced the noise from cafes just outside on the square. The apts. are in a great Marais location and are good for using as a "pied-a-terre"in Paris. Great for 2 couples or a family with older kids who can stay in their own apt.

Comfortable Apartment in the Heart of Marais

We loved staying at this two-bedroom apartment. It was convenient to everything, and the pull-beds were comfortable and convenient. We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked like it would have most things we would have needed had we wanted to cook. We would stay here again!

Exactly as advertised

These two studios worked really well for two couples travelling together. They are a bit rustic but clean and the beds are comfortable. The location really can't be beat, both for the proximity of restaurants and stores, but also for the closeness of many of the Paris sites. The check in process was a bit awkward as no-one was there to greet us as we had been told. We talked to the manager on the phone but my limited knowledge of French wasn't good enough to understand what we needed to do. We solved this by emailing back and forth and were able to locate the keys and get checked in.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay with our two teenage daughters. The studio apartments are on the third and fourth floor so it was perfect for us to each have our own space. The air conditioning works GREAT which was a huge bonus in the hot summertime. The square and the restaurants right outside the front door were lively and had great food and ambiance. Perfect location to see all the major sights and most within walking distance.

great spot, 2 totally separate living areas on different floor that rent as 1 unit. Responsive and attentive local contact. Although it can get noisy with the windows open the best thing is the location, lovely little square with multiple cafes and shops literally at your doorstep.

Wonderful accommodations

This is a great location, in a square with several restaurants/cafe's, easy access to transit and the company manager was easy to communicate with. It was safe and we appreciated the air conditioning and elevator as we stayed on the 3rd and 4th floors. It was in a lovely, busy area but the windows kept out much of the street noise. The apartments were clean, the beds comfortable and there were lovely amenities (washer/dryer, appliances, silverware, etc). We would definitely book again when in Paris. We replaced a broken umbrella with a new one.

Enjoyed our stay in the middle of Paris

The reviews I read were really spot on about this place. Two studios separated only by one floor, literally in the middle of a plaza that is bustling and therefore NO need to use the kitchen. Clean but could use a deep clean. The AC blows cold and the beds are good. I will say I was shocked that we had NO outside noise. I thought for sure we would but the apartments face away from the plaza - we did not hear a thing but we had the windows closed the whole time. If you typically stay at the four seasons this place isn’t for you. If you want something to lay your head in the middle of Paris and have a lot to do in walking distance, this is a good place to stay.

Perfect location

These tiny studio apartments were fine for us but a bit small for our 2 week visit to Paris. The location was ideal. Restaurants and bakeries just outside our door, groceries and market 1/2 block away, metro very close by and only a few blocks to Notre Dame! A small elevator was perfect for luggage and heavy groceries. The places could have been cleaner both superficially and deep cleaned. One of them really smelled of cigarette smoke! A fresh coat of paint would make a big difference. We would probably recommend these apartments for budget conscious adventurers. Especially if the spaces get a deep cleaning and are non smoking in the future

Great location but...

Great location, two blocks from the Metro and walking distance to major tourist spots on both sides of the river. Tiny elevator, alternative is a twisty sloped stairwell. The Apts are NOT connected, on two different floors. Probably not suited for parents with young kids. You have to put the Murphy beds up and down every day, in one apt you cannot get out of one side of the bed nor get in the closets when the bed is down. I think the owner should have been more honest with the description and the pictures. I probably would have gone ahead with the rental because the price and location are good, but would have had different expectations.

Great location and interesting layout

The neighborhood of the apartments was fantastic. So many cafe's, bars, restaurants, etc within walking. Great location for metro access. You can walk to Notre Dame area easily and Ile Saint-Louis as well as the Louvre. We had two college kids with us so they appreciated some private space in their own apartment below us. It was fabulous having the two bathrooms. We only bought easy breakfast food and snacks, so we did not make a whole meal. The kitchen seemed to have what you would need though. The murphy beds were comfortable. It is an interesting old building with plenty of uneven floors and tilted staircase steps but I find all that charming. The elevator was a plus to not carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs. It fit two people or one person with one piece of luggage. The building was quiet and even with several cafes right outside the main door it was quiet in the rooms. The main door was a little hard to find the first day bc it is tucked in between two cafes. I would recommend this unique space if you are looking to be in the heart of Paris. And again it is unusual to find a location with two separate apartments/2 bathrooms.

Two Apartments and great location!

As we were two couples traveling together, these apartments could not have worked out better for us. Close to metro and the heart of Paris. I found the apartments clean. Kitchen was pretty well organized although the coffee machine did not work in Unit 3. The apartment manual that is provided is out of date. Only two sets of keys are provided, not four. This was not a problem for us, but the manual emphasized that we would be charged if we did not return all four sets of keys. Very little instruction for washing machine, but we figured it out. My biggest issue was with Mario. He emailed me the day of our check in. Left keys in a mailbox for us. I emailed him three separate times with questions (including once to verify that I only got two sets of keys). He never responded until the day of our check out to see what time we were leaving. I did not try phoning him because I did not feel any of the questions were that important. So if you need something important, call him. Elevator is small but great for luggage. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

Great Location—Otherwise Not Special

The location of this VRBO was excellent. On major bus lines, 2 blocks away from the Metro, a very good boulangerie across the street with very friendly clerks who added free pastries to our breakfast sandwiches and easy walking distance to Notre Dame. However, the apartment was not as clean as we have come to expect. Our communication with the manager started off on the wrong foot; she had emailed us instructions to check in, but we did not receive the email (or we accidentally lost it). The general instructions about entering the apartment didn’t allow us to check in initially. We called the manager and after a while her assistant came to the apartment and helped us check in. However, when we got into the apartment there was little toilet paper and the assistant had to go out and purchase some. While we stayed at the apartment, we had difficulty with the internet; we tried contacting the manager and never got a response. Eventually, we were able to figure out how to connect to the internet; we had apparently disconnected the modem and found a booklet which allowed us to use the internet. The day before we left the apartment, we left a message for the manager to make sure we were doing everything necessary and telling her when we planned to leave; we didn’t get a response until after we had left. Fortunately we had done everything necessary. The apartment appeared to be well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware, although we didn’t do any cooking in the apartment. Having a washing machine/dryer was definitely a plus.

Manager nowhere to be found upon arrival. Even after severe warnings of us being charged if we were late, this guy didn't show up. Nor did he contact me before to tell me he was sending a woman. We arrived, I did exactly what I was told to do (call when on route). Left several voicemails, I'm fluent in French. I'm not sure what you would have done were you not. This was 11:20; 11:30 am. We waited and waited and waited. I called and e mailed owner and her manager several times. I was ready to go get a hotel room and fight about this later when a woman showed up who I finally guessed was somehow connected. She spoke very little French, no English. We communicated mostly in sign language and broken French. At 1pm, I finally had keys in hand and she left. She was very kind. I got my brother, who I had left in the downstairs café and we went up to the apartments. I stayed on 3; he on 4. (4 is nicer and roomier). I had no toilet paper, no soap, light bulbs burnt out. It was as if no one had been there for a while. 4th floor had half a roll of to, more burnt out bulbs and broken toilet seat. It was weird. I've rented a lot of VRBO. This seemed as if we were a burden. The manager finally e mailed me saying he had left the country and had sent his assistant... (Lotsa people running this place). He said he'd reimburse me when he came by for final check(?). That never happened. I left receipts and took pictures. We'll see.. So, enough about that. Just be warned... The location is excellent. I love the Marais. Easy public transport access and walking to many great places from Bourg Tibourg. But, after this experience, I'd stay elsewhere. There are hundreds of places to stay in the area. And this accueil left a lot to be desired. I'm sorry to give a 3, but I just can't go higher. (3rd floor shower hose needs replacing. I tried everything to get it to work. It leaks. While at BHV housewares, I almost bought a new one, but I wasn't staying long enough to replace everything that needed it. PS a bottle of water in the fridge might be a good idea?

Quick stint in beautiful Paris

We had a wonderful time in your very quaint little condos. They were incredibly well located, close to everything and directly in a little square full of cafés and restaurants. The day we arrived, we were welcomed right away and shown the place. Just a little while later, we went out and across the street was a farmer’s market with delicious fruits. All in all great time. We would definitely be back!

A Great Base of Operations

This apartment was perfect for a group that wanted to spend as much time as possible at the Louvre and in cafes.
