Nicole was very easy to work with and even allowed us to check in one day early and extend an additional day. The only negative and perhaps I did not understand is that this is a second floor access so there was stairs to navigate, which again did work, just not what we were expecting at check in. The unit is very cleaned and well equipped with basic essential cooking and table ware. The covered parking was an added bonus that I had not considered when booking in July. We would consider booking again for our next trip to visit family.

The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and a good value. The beds were especially comfortable, and communication was good. During our stay we occasionally heard loud arguments from the neighboring unit, which made us a bit uncomfortable. I don't know if this was an unusual situation or an isolated occurrence, but I wanted to mention it for the sake of being transparent. Overall, the condo itself met our expectations.

Highly recommend this beautifully designed condo! Very clean and recently remodeled, so felt new inside! Comfortable beds, extra clean linens, complimentary coffee, full stove, fridge and dishware. We stayed in hot June and the ac kept the condo cool and comfortable! We didn't get a chance to checkout the pool or laundry room. Conveniently located across the street from a inexpensive very nice recreation gym center that gave us some guest passes. This beautiful condo is a great price.... convenient location for all you will receive. Thank you so much!

Our host was very responsive if we had questions. The place was in a perfect spot for us. We had family right down the road but we still had our own space. My kids and I enjoyed the hot tub at night and the beds were amazing!

Beautiful view and great location!

This was a great place to stay. We weren't sure about a condo, but it was perfect. The decor was adorable, the location to the hot tub/pool was perfect, and the view was incredible for enjoying your morning coffee! The check in process was simple and loved how quick the response time was to any questions we had. Great place 5 stars!!!

Our host Nicole is amazing! She is quick to respond to all enquiries and was quickly available during our stay as well. The accomodations are spacious and well appointed and decorated beautifully. The welcome snacks were a nice touch and we enjoyed the books and games that were available. Nicole had los of towels available which the six of us made abundant use of over the week and it was so nice to find both a slow cooker and a waffle maker in the kitchen as wells as lots of dishes and glassware. The location has amazing open views of the sunset reflecting off of the superstition mountains. There are many lovely hike close by.

Apache Junction condo

This was our second stay at this property and we would definitely stay here again. The property is clean, well maintained and the host responds promptly to any questions. The kitchen has all the basic needs for preparing meals. The beds are comfortable. The view of the mountains is spectacular.

We enjoyed sitting on the deck with a perfect, unobstructed view of the Superstition Mountains. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed, The heated pool was a nice bonus. Great accommodations!

This condo was just as nice as pictured, very clean, well stocked, had a great view, and was in a perfect location for hiking with Superstition trailheads just a few minutes drive away. Our host, Nicole was very responsive to all of our needs. It will be hard to find a place as nice for this for the next location we visit. Thanks Nicole!

Christmas Vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as pictured and worked out perfectly for our family. The location is perfect for enjoying all the attractions in the area. We had the perfect view of Superstition Mountains from our balcony. The Host is very responsive and even put up a Christmas tree for our family. Our Grandchildren were so excited as she even included candy canes on the tree! We definately will be returning!

Easy to find the assigned parking spot for the Condo at Apache Junction. The Condo was clean, decorated nicely and there was plenty of space for us to move around. Everything we needed was provided including dishes, pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils, towels, and other essentials. WiFi worked well. Not only was there a TV in the living room but also one in a bedroom! Loved the location and the views were spectacular! Enjoyed sitting on the porch drinking coffee and watching the beautiful sunrise every morning! Was a bit noisy due to the main road being close by but it didn't bother us at night while sleeping. Pool and hot tub looked great but we never used them as we went out every day exploring the area. The neighbors were very friendly. We had great communication with the Host before check-in but didn't need to contact her once we got to the Condo. Price for the Condo was reasonable and we would definitely stay here again! We had a very enjoyable and memorable vacation! Thanks, Nicole!

Close to beautiful hiking

Great experience! Sharp, clean condo. Many extra perks. Nicest condo in the facility by far. Road noise is a downer but the they do have 1 noise machine. Great beds and beding, lots of plush towels and pool towels. Felt very pampered :)

Satisfied

The condo was very nice. We have stayed in this complex for 3 years now, and it seems as if the complex is maintaining the property, but have not seen many improvements. The pool definitely could use maintenance more often. We do like the location. And it has a beautiful view.
