La Hacienda IRB is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom pool home that accommodates 8 guests. Located on the intercoastal waterway, this home is just a short walk to Indian Rocks Beach! You could also spend the day in the heated pool, work on your tan, watch the big-screen TV outside, and enjoy a beverage from the outdoor bar. This vacation home is set up with everything you need to stay in and make dinner, watch a movie, relax in the enclosed large lanai, and chat about the day's events.
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. For open accesses, please visit: Pinellas.gov/projects/2025-pinellas-county-beach-nourishment-project/
Their projected dates are as follows:
Indian Rocks Beach: October – December 2025
Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**
Kitchen: All new stainless steel appliances, ice/water refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, 4 slice toaster, coffee station with Keurig and drip coffee maker with coffee bean grinder, blender, crockpot, and ceiling fan.
Dining Area: Table with 6 chairs, small buffet table, and French doors leading out to enclosed lanai.
Living Room: Large leather reclining sectional, 2 chairs, TV, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom #1: The master has a King-size bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, a chair, a TV, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Single vanity and step-in shower. No tub.
Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, and mirror.
Bathroom #2: Tub/shower combination, single vanity.
Bedroom #3: Twin-over-Queen bunk bed, dresser, and TV.
Enclosed Lanai: Sofa sleeper, 2 easy chairs, table, and surfboard dining table with 6 stools
Outdoor Pool Area: Heated pool with wading deck, 4 sun loungers, 3 barstools, outdoor bar with refrigerator, 2 rocking chairs, 4 gliding chairs, big screen TV, and ceiling fan.
Beach Closet: 4 beach chairs, wagon, cooler, and beach umbrella.
Laundry Closet: Washer and dryer located in an outdoor closet near the pool area.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property provides 4 parking spaces. Grass and street parking are not permitted

Situated in the very center of town, to all the greatest restaurants, pubs, and parks, not to mention the Trolley stops along the way for busting out and exploring the whole coast. Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops. As well as beachwear shopping locations.
Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint coastal town with beautiful laid-back beaches, plenty of local retail shops, watersport rentals, restaurants, and sweet shops. The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well. Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
