- We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer pods and trash can liners. Think of these amenities as a "starter kit". We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration such as your favorite blankets, soap/shampoo etc..

OTHER INFO:
- Check-in is at 4pm on day of arrival and check-out is 10am day of departure.

-We have cameras ONLY outside for everyone’s safety. These exterior cameras are located by the front door, driveway and around the back of the house. They record video and audio at all times.

-Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy. You may want to consider trip insurance for each reservation.

-Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

-Pets need prior approval before reservations are made. Non-refundable pet fee will be required if accepted. $150 per pet.

The pool heater is a heat pump system that relies on ambient air temperature. During colder weather, especially when temperatures drop into the 40s, the heater may struggle to maintain warm water.
