The space

This amazing Brand New Villa is perfect for your vacation Home. High ceilings welcome you into stylish and modern living space, where the kitchen, dining room, and living room all flow together, creating a space made for entertaining. Pretty and practical, the stunning fully equipped kitchen boasts granite counters and stainless appliances.

5 bed/5 bath, all bedrooms have a private bathroom for your utmost privacy. No more waiting in line to freshen up after a day of adventure.

Your comfort is our priority. We provide fresh linens, towels, and initial bathroom amenities. A washer and dryer are at your disposal, ensuring a clean and tidy stay.

Enjoy Cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet during your stay. Stay connected, unwind with your favorite shows, or simply browse the web at your leisure.

To complete the magic scene, the patio has a BBQ free of charge, where you can relax doing a delicious barbecue after a full day of parks or shopping. Enjoy a beautiful sunset or a starry sky that only the  "Disney" atmosphere can provide.

Important Restrictions:
Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, and boats are not allowed at Summerville Resort.

Self-Catering Home

This property is self-catering, and we provide a welcome kit to get you started:
1 paper towel roll
1 dish sponge
2 dishwasher detergent pods
1 small dish detergent
2 trash bags (in 2 trash cans)
1 toilet paper roll in each bathroom
1 mini set of toiletries

This kit is designed for your comfort upon arrival. Please plan to visit a nearby supermarket to purchase additional items you may need for your stay.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate.
The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before check-in, with fresh sheets and towels provided (note: washcloths are not included).
Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee if desired.

Online Purchases

USPS does not deliver to vacation homes; packages will be returned to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL, Amazon, and FedEx deliver to the property.
We are not responsible for issues with online deliveries. Please reach out with any questions.
