Located directly across the road from the Bay and a marina (Boat slip rentals available), and 1¼ miles from the Fenwick Island beaches.

During the summer, the Mallard Lakes hosts a program of weekly entertainment, sports activities, and social gatherings, in addition to free water aerobics sessions three days a week.

Full-time and seasonal owners, family, guests, and renters enjoy the secluded serenity of Mallard Lakes and at the same time convenience of being within a few miles of a championship golf course, fine restaurants, and Atlantic beaches.

House Rules:
No additional guests are allowed at this property.
Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
Full names and ages of all guests must be submitted to the host of whom is staying at the condo.
If you have an emergency - please call 911.
Guest is expected to be on site the entirety of the stay - i.e. - you may not make a reservation for someone else.
If there is a problem during your visit - please message us. Messages will be answered during normal business hours 9am - 6pm.
Failure to follow these rules will result in eviction from the property and forfeiture of your rental payment.

This particular townhome is equipped with many child-friendly conveniences to help make your stay away from home more like that vacation you've been looking for. A baby bottle warmer, sand toys, tennis rackets/balls, pickleball paddles/balls, puzzles, books, boardgames, cards, chalk, beach chairs, large cooler, and so much more allow the kids to stay busy while you spend more time relaxing at your new home away from home here at the Barefoot Bungalow.

Outdoor closet by front entrance and outdoor shower is where you will find all of your outdoor needs. Key is located on the beach key ring organizer hanging by the front door. Please help yourself to the compact stroller, tennis rackets and balls, pickleball, beach chairs. outdoor chalk, frisbees, beach toys, beach umbrella, and a large cooler to help you enjoy all that Mallard Lakes and the nearby beaches have to offer!

Second bedroom closet is where you will find children's games, books, a playpen(sheets not included), and baby gate so your little ones stay safe and entertained throughout your stay here at the Barefoot bungalow. Additional outlet covers are located in drawer to the right of kitchen sink along with extra batteries.

Infant bath seat and knee cushion is located under the bathroom sink for all your little one's bathing needs!

Hair drier available for use under the bathroom sink as well.

Spacious bathroom is equipped with a large skylight, double vanity, and oversized soaker tub.

All toiletries are included with your stay! Paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, hand soap, and dish soap are all provided.

Master bedroom closet does have beach towels available for use. Kindly wash and return when finished.

Laundry detergent tabs and drier sheets are available for use above the washer and dryer which are located next to the kitchen.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all of your vacation rental needs! Wake up to a fresh cup of coffee to enjoy on the screened in porch overlooking the pond and fountain. Choose from a french press and an electric water kettle or a convenient Keurig machine. K-cups are provided and are located in the cabinet above the coffee area in the kitchen. Bring fresh ground coffee of your choice to enjoy with the french press. Baby bottle warmer and blender are located to the right of the sink. Crockpot for hastle-free cooking is located above the refrigerator so dinner is all ready after a fun filled day at the beach or pool! Children's plates and utensils are also available. There are plenty of utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, tupperware, and everything you'll need for your entire stay at the Barefoot Bungalow!

One designated parking spot with limited overflow available to meet all your traveling needs. The ocean views of Fenwick Island are just a 7 minute drive. Dozens of restaurants and stores are within a 10 minute drive for all of your vacation needs! As an added bonus, all Mallard Lakes amenities which include two pools, hot tub, numerous fresh water ponds, a large salt water pond (great for crabbing, fishing and kayaking), tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, horseshoes, picnic areas, and so much more are within walking distance.
