Note - we have little flying friends in the area called "Midges". They are seasonal and very native to Corolla. They look cunningly like mosquitos, but they are not and are not harmful. They don't bite, just fly around. We treat regularly for pests, but we do occupy their habitat. Snakes are also common in Corolla at times from the Marsh. If you notice one on property, please contact us and we'll have animal control come remove them.

Family friendly
• Being parents of young kids ourselves, we know how hard traveling can be sometimes, we have really tried our best to accommodate for young families
• We have a pack N plays and crib sheets available
• Plastic plates, bowls, cups and kids spoons, knives and forks
• Kids toys, books, games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy

Pet friendly
• We are pet friendly at a fee of $150 per pet, per stay.
• Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. No pets are to be left unattended in the home. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints.
**Extra pet fees will be added though our guest portal after booking is confirmed (Plus Tax). Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.

Stand Up Paddle Board Rental
• Is available to guests for an extra fee of $200 (Plus Tax) per stay. Once paid we will send you an access code and instructional video showing you how to unlock and return the SUP.

Pool heater
• The pool requires a lot of electricity heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $75 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it, please note we need at least 4 days to heat the pool and must be booked and paid for, for the duration of your stay.

~Loud music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated.
~Primary renter must be 25 years of age, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID
~Renters and their guests should park in the garage, driveway or directly in front of the property to avoid ticketing.
~Max 4 cars.
~Quiet hours between 10p.m. and 10a.m.
~All dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas.
~Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints.
~Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both.
~Smoking is not allowed inside, this includes the use of cigarettes, vape and weed.
