This is a private house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
This house has everything you could want and more. It has a new AC, fence in the backyard, and back deck.
You won't want to miss out on this beautiful property. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for 2 perfect to enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee before you head to the beach. There is also a full dining room with seating for 4 to enjoy those home cooked meals.
The master bedroom has a king bed. The master bathroom has a shower tub combination perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The second bathroom that the second and third bedrooms share has a shower tub combination as well. The third bedroom has 2 full size beds perfect for the kids to escape and spend time in.
Outside there are 2 decks, on is out front and the second is outback. There is a private fenced backyard with a hot tub and seating for enjoying meals or just spending time having fun with family and friends. The driveway is private and there is covered parking as well.
This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that offers completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.
Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 years old and stay the entire stay, however, if any guests (other than the reservation holder) are under the age of 25 years old, we will require an additional deposit and photo ID.
