The Mason is an undiscovered gem in the heart of the beautiful Mayflower area and serves as an excellent base camp. Just 1.3 miles from the Deer Valley Jordanelle Express Gondola and a short 15-minute drive to Park City ski resorts and Historic Main Street, you'll have easy access to both winter and summer activities. Jordanelle State Park and Reservoir is less than a mile away, providing opportunities for water adventures or having a picnic on the beach. Explore nearby Heber City and Midway, offering a charming contrast to the bustling ski resorts, with additional eateries and activities for the various seasons.

This spacious 1043-square-foot condo offers 2 bedrooms (both with en suites), 3 bathrooms and accommodates six guests.

Enter from communal garage and up the stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor. Step through the door and into the remodeled great room.

Contemporary and stylish furnishings set the tone. The plush full-size, memory foam sleeper sectional sofa invites you to unwind by the gas fireplace. Enjoy entertainment on the 50” Samsung Smart TV with DirecTV, or step onto the balcony with patio seating for a breathtaking view of the lake.

Kitchen:
The remodeled kitchen features stylish granite countertops, bar seating, and new Samsung stainless-steel appliances, including a 4-burner induction stove and convection oven, and refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen bar with seating for four is perfect for casual meals. There is no separate dining table.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom 1 (left side): This room offers a queen bed, a 32” Smart TV with DirecTV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Open the slider door to the Juliette balcony for fresh air, and mountain and lake views.

Master Bedroom 2 (right side): Featuring a queen bed, cabinet closets, a balcony, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

An additional full shared bath with a tub/shower combo in the entry hallway.

Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy the main balcony off the living room with table seating and patio chairs, a Juliette balcony and private balcony off the bedrooms, all boasting stunning lake and mountain views.

Community Amenities: The Lodge at Stillwater provides a communal lounge with a large patio and BBQs, three hot tubs, a pool (seasonal), a well-equipped fitness room, and a game room. The communal garage offers convenience for parking for one and additional outdoor parking if needed.

Laundry: Communal laundry rooms on every floor. Instructions provided to load an app, add a form of payment and money for use of the laundry facilities.
