39 Surf Avenue is a large, ocean block single family home with ocean views off of the deck. A historic home with a traditional Rehoboth Beach style, guests can't get any closer to the beach with a beach crossing right across the street. On the first floor, guests will find one bedroom off of the kitchen, as well as a very spacious living and dining area, giving ample space for everyone to spread out after a day at the beach. The second floor includes four additional bedrooms. There is off-street parking for four cars in the driveway; Garage is for storage only. This is a non smoking home, and pets are not permitted.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $301.60. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
