Tilavasta kulmayksiköstÀmme on yksi Mahanan ja saaren upeimmista nÀkymistÀ - Se on myös yksi mukavimmista yöpymispaikoista! TÀmÀ huoneisto sijaitsee rakennuksen lounaaseen nurkassa, mikÀ tarkoittaa, ettÀ sinulla ei ole vain upeita lÀnsimaisia nÀkymiÀ, mutta esteettömÀt etelÀÀn pÀin olevat valtameren rannan nÀkymÀt samoin. Seisoo ikkunan, tuntuu kuin olisit kelluva ylÀpuolella valtameren nÀkymÀt Black Rock ja Lanai etelÀÀn ja Molokai pohjoiseen. Tarkkaile valaita joulukuusta huhtikuun puolivÀliin asti olohuoneen tuoleista tai lanailta. (vakavasti!).....

Nauti nÀkymistÀ tÀysin mukavasti ja ylellisesti tÀssÀ kahden makuuhuoneen ja kahden kylpyyksikön varustuksessa, jossa on upouusi tÀysin varustettu keittiö, ilmastointi, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, taulu-Àlytelevisiot olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa, ilmainen WiFi ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu.

Kun uudistimme vuonna 2016, halusimme puhdasta, ilmavaa, havaijilaista tunnelmaa. Et matkustanut Tyynen valtameren yli asuaksesi asunnossa, joka nÀyttÀÀ kodilta? Backsplash-laatta on kÀsityölÀisten kÀsin piirretty ja veistetty Havaijin maisema - upea aurinko, aallot ja kukat. Huoneistossa on tennismailoja ja palloja, joita vieraamme voivat kÀyttÀÀ, sekÀ rantatuoleja, rantapyyhkeitÀ ja jÀÀhdyttimiÀ.

Upea pehmeÀ hiekka kÀvelylle ja kaunis koralliriutta uskomatonta snorklausta varten ovat aivan oven ulkopuolella. Itse asiassa sinun on vain katsottava ulos ikkunasta nÀhdÀksesi yhden suosikkini paikoilleen snorklaamaan. Jos vesi on rauhallista, mene pukuisi ja olet siellÀ muutamassa minuutissa!

Duke's Beach House -ravintola on helppo kÀvellÀ (nÀet Duke's etelÀÀn pÀin avautuvista ikkunoista huoneistoissa) sekÀ monia muita lomakeskuksia ja paikallisia ravintoloita.

Mukavuuksiin kuuluu ilmainen WiFi, tenniskentÀt, uima-allas, poreallas, uima-allaspyyhepalvelu, shuffleboard ja grilli.

Kauppakeskukselta kadun toisella puolella on ihana ruokakauppa, metro, pizza, kahvi ..... Jopa paikka manikyyreille! Vain muutama korttelin pohjoispuolella löydÀt Farmers Market, Snorkel Bobs, kalamarkkinat ja monet vaatteet ja matkamuistomyymÀlÀt.

What an amazing place! Since this is a corner unit, the views from the condo are almost surreal. It feels like you are on top of the ocean. We watched turtles and a seal swim in the waters directly below us and the access to the beach is so easy. There is a great boardwalk for walking and of course walking on the beach with the large Hawaiian waves was a highlight. There are many great restaurants within a 10-minute drive or if you prefer, cook your own meal in this well appointed room. The room has beach chairs and many other amenities for the beach. A great place to stay for a family or another couple. Highly recommended!!

This condo was absolutely amazing. It was clean, comfortable, and the view was incredible. Check in went flawlessly--Charles, the on island point of contact was extremely responsive. It had everything you could think of that you might need for the beach--4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a bag etc. The air conditioning did go out one night but it was the entire building, not just 919 so there was nothing to be done. They got it going early the next morning and it was great after that.
The view was absolutely incredible! It was of the main reasons I rented this place and it did NOT disappoint.
Sitting on the balcony drinking iced coffee in the morning and enjoying the view was wonderful.
We saw a sea turtle swimming in the ocean right from our balcony!

The view is exactly as pictured. It’s stunning!I was able to sit in the comfortable swivel chair by the window and watch sea turtles, swim up and down the beach just below. The house is beautifully appointed. I particularly enjoyed having access to snorkel gear, beach bag, chairs, and other nice to have items.There is a great snorkeling right from the beach as well. A nice food truck area with great options restaurants nearby, and a decent swimming pool and hot tub.I can understand when reading the reviews that people said they often visited again and again. It’s a special place and I would go back in a heartbeat.

Five Stars! We had a lovely time at this property. The condo is beautiful, and the view is absolutely stunning! I miss drinking my morning coffee and looking at that brilliant blue ocean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for light vacation cooking. The owner was very easy to work with and very attentive, as was the local contact/property manager. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay for the week. The beach in front of the condo is beautiful, but rocky for swimming. You have to walk down a little. Bring water shoes and you will be fine. The upside to the coral is that there are lots of beautiful fish for snorkeling, large sea turtles all over, and we even saw an endangered Hawaiian Monk Seal resting on the beach. Magical! Thanks for a wonderful week of Hawaiian hospitality. Mahalo.

This place was perfect—clean, spacious, and in a great location on the west side of the island. There’s so much to love, it’s almost overwhelming. The view? Incredible. You can even see Duke’s restaurant from the condo! Beach access? Couldn’t be easier. The in-unit washer and dryer were total game changers for our weeklong stay, and the towel service was one of our favorite perks—we always had fresh, clean beach towels without the hassle of drying or packing up wet ones. So easy.The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, plus all the beach gear you could ask for. We also loved being within walking distance of Whalers Village—about a 45-minute scenic walk along the boardwalk or a quick drive. Don’t miss the shaved ice at Vintage Island while you’re there—we literally stopped by every day. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Amazing!

Fantastic place to stay! Stunning views. Super clean, spacious, comfortable condo. Great host with great communication. 4 of us stayed for a week. We loved the beach and ocean views. We watched turtles and dolphins from inside the condo. Great beach at the condo and short drive to many other interesting beaches. Couldn't imagine a better place to have stayed!

Absolutely perfect Maui getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious condo on Maui! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the elegant yet comfortable decor. It truly felt like a home away from home. The condo was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed including beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys, which made our beach days effortless. The view though, was what truly took our breath away. We had an unobstructed panoramic view of Lanai and Molokai, with Kaanapali Beach stretching all the way to Black Rock! Every morning and evening felt like a postcard come to life and to top it off, we saw turtles every single day right from our lanai and from the floor to ceiling windows! Heather, the owner, was incredibly responsive, kind, and so helpful in making sure everything went smoothly before and during our stay. We are already planning our return and would not dream of staying anywhere else. We highly recommend this condo!

Absolute Perfection

Wonderful stay. It's everything advertised and more. The view is not just great for Hawaii, but world-class. You couldn't be closer to the ocean and to have a panoramic view of other Islands as well as Maui and the Ocean is terrific. We saw whales every day from the unit, and turtles or seals most days. There is a decent surfing break out front when the swell is up and you can get to a pretty good beach entry by walking down a little (the beach out front is beautiful but there is reef if you want to enter the water). The unit is very well stocked on both toys and dishes/utensils and the communication with the manager was terrific. The unit is clean and well- decorated with local art for an upscale island vibe. Couldn't recommend more.

We have chosen wisely

When you are planning the trip of a lifetime, the accommodations are SO important. You want to have it be comfortable, convenient, and why not add in a bit of luxury? This was our first trip to Maui. We have a family of 5 with children aged from 16 to 21. The immediate access to an incredible beach that is an amazing snorkel spot (wanna swim with sea turtles every day?) was key, but there was plenty of opportunity to relax inside the fully equipped space, sit on the balcony and watch whales (with coffee in the morning) or take a walk down the beach walk path with access to restaurants and shopping. The views from the condo are incredible and it was hard to put our cameras away the entire trip because it just doesn’t get old. This is a top tier choice, and we are so glad we stayed here!

Views and Location Can't Be Beat!

This was the perfect condo for our mother-daughters trip! The beautiful photos in the Mahana 919 listing don't do it justice. We loved the spectacular views in three directions from all the floor-to-ceiling windows, the fabulous location at the end of the beachwalk (we walked here every day!), the well-appointed bathrooms and bedrooms and well-stocked kitchen and laundry area, and the easy access to a pristine beach within steps of the property. Honestly, there were days the car stayed parked, as everything we wanted was within walking distance! Not only was the condo amazing, but both Heather and manager Charles were pro-active in offering assistance, easy to contact, and very happy to help. We couldn't have had a better experience and definitely hope to stay here again!

Nice location in kaanapali

This is an excellent location. Lots of opportunity to go on nice long walks along the beach or the boardwalk which goes across a lot of beachfront places. Amazing views n sunsets. Would definitely stay at same place on next visit to the area.

Everything was as stated in the reviews. View was gorgeous! Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Definitely will return.

Fantastic condo and fantastic location

We really enjoyed the condo, beach and most of all the view. We stayed with 3 teenagers who loved the pool and beach, loved having beach chairs and snorkeling equipment. ! Lots of turtles everywhere.

Amazing!!!

The pictures in the listing is why we booked this condo but when we got there it was beyond what we expected! The condo and views were beautiful!! Great location just far enough from the busy area but walking distance to everything! The condo was very clean with every amenity to have a great time in Hawaii! Best beach view condo we have ever stay at! Property owner went up and beyond to make sure we had one of the best trips ever with our family! We would look for her listings every time we travel back to Hawaii! Can’t say enough about the great experience we had here!

After many years of travel and discovery on Maui - we got hooked on the Mahana. Living in the Northwest we are very spoiled with the beautiful landscape of mountains, lakes and rivers.....so needless to say, we don't like to settle for a 'partial ocean view'! I went for a walk one day on the ocean shore of West Maui and happened by the Mahana. I couldn't get over how big the windows were, and how close the buildings were to the beach. The next time we returned to the island we stayed at the Mahana and never turned back. As Maui vacationers prior to our purchase, we had experienced the island the same way many of our guests would. The Kaanapali area offers a tremendous variety of beaches, proximity to Lahaina, the famous boardwalk, the most amazing sunsets and glorious views of Lanai and Molokai. There are many reasons why we chose the Mahana. The property offered the type of relaxed feel - not one of a big resort where you have to set your alarm to get your spot by the pool! It is close enough to the world class dining the resort areas offer, but far enough away that you have choices. Subway, pizza, fish market, sushi, farmers market and groceries that are frequented by locals as often as tourists. But the VIEW from the condo is the #1 reason! Imagine watching the whales from your living room or patio while you sip your morning coffee, or evening pina coloda. I'm not kidding!! This is what sealed the deal. There are not many properties on Maui with this kind of view. No 'partial ocean views'. You will find only 100%, OCEAN!!
We now own two units (or I should say the bank owns two units). Our first purchase was this unit in 2011. Followed by the purchase of a two bedroom condo at The Whaler. (VRBO #1561148).

Our family loves to be comfortable. And we love beautiful things. When you are spending hard earned money for a vacation, you should expect the place you are staying to be cared for and designed well. How do you FEEL when you are in a space? Is the decoration tasteful? Are the colors soothing? Is it clean? Are the pillows and sheets luxurious? Is the bed spread 100 years old? YUCK!!! We pay attention to these things and take your trust in us very seriously. When you stay in our Maui home, you will be provided with everything you can think of to make your vacation a special one. From provided beach chairs to spices in the cupboard!
