Situated in the hills above Playa Potrero, Costa Rica, in the Pacific Heights area, our villa is accessed via a gravel road, making an SUV with 4x4 highly recommended for transportation.

The house boasts four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each room is equipped with a safety box, providing a comfortable and secure living space. Two king-sized beds grace the ground floor, while the upper floor features one king and one queen room. The upstairs living room includes two sofa beds for added convenience.

This haven provides an array of amenities for your enjoyment in the Playa Potrero area. Take advantage of the free washer and dryer, unwind with a 55" HDTV equipped with standard cable, and embrace family-friendly entertainment. Included maid service, wifi and split unit air conditioning ensure a comfortable stay, and the fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and cooking essentials caters to all your culinary needs.
