Feel immediately at home in this light and bright, immaculate home in historic Barnegat Light. Open concept living and dining areas on the main floor. Updated kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite counters, peninsula with pendant lighting, and a full suite of appliances including convection oven, espresso machine, drip coffee machine, and blender.

First level includes three bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with ensuite bath and double closets, 2 other bedrooms both with twin beds and hallway access to a full bath.

Hardwood runs up the stairway to and throughout the entire upper level.

Second level includes: 1 master bedroom with ensuite bath, 2nd living space with wet bar and pullout platform sofa bed.

Multiple decks throughout the house for the best of outdoor living:
-Deck off of main living room area with seated dining or lounge options
-Back deck shared between first level master suite and back bedroom, with seated dining and hammock
-Enclosed deck on the 2nd level shared between master suite and additional living space with seated dining or lounge options
-Roof deck with ocean and bay views

Additional amenities include beach badges, outdoor shower, washer and dryer, gas grill, beach chairs and toys, foosball table, high chair, and baby gate.

Our family loves coming to Long Beach Island all year round and the kids enjoy the beach immensely no matter the temperature outside.! It's a lovely retreat from busy Brooklyn and we are grateful that we are able to experience beach living so close to NYC and can share that with others.

I particularly like Barnegat Light as it's a little bit more off the beaten path than some of the other towns on Long Beach Island. The beaches are quite breathtaking on this end of the island and come with extensive dunes and greenery that doesn't exist on the other beaches on the island. Even so, you don't have to go far to access excellent restaurants and amenities, most are a short bike ride away.

I love the ability to have indoor/outdoor living throughout our house. And even though the main level is open concept, there are separate spaces carved out across both levels if quiet is what you crave. Additionally, because this is our family retreat during the off season and on weekends, I try to make sure that the house feels like a home -- and that everything needed for comfort and convenience exist at the house especially for families that are choosing to spend a precious week at the beach with their kids.
