Get comfortable in this updated 1 bed/1 bath apartment, close to Rivian and within walking distance of ISU. This apartment is centrally located giving easy access to everything in the Bloomington/Normal area!

Enjoy some relaxation in the living room with a smart TV to stream your favorites services. The bedroom is very spacious with a comfy queen sized bed. The bathroom has a full bath with fresh towels provided. The kitchen is equipped with full appliances, a coffee maker, and updated countertops with a small dining table.
Coin-operated laundry is on second floor. There is a large parking lot behind the building and street parking is also available.
You have the entire apartment to yourself.
