Please note the apartment is located in a complex of.4 apartments. It is located in south buffalo, there is street parking, please be aware of that prior to booking. We have not had any instances regarding the safety of our guests but please note that South Buffalo is an up and coming neighbourhood. We will not allow a cancelation after arrival due to the area looking "unsafe". It is a diverse neighbourhood, not dangerous, not illegal, but do expect different nationalities living around the house.

The heart of this close-knit city within a city is the Irish Center where Irish music, dance and culture is celebrated and preserved. Republic of Ireland flags line nearby streets and Irish pubs can be found along thoroughfares like Abbott Road and South Park Avenue. This side of the city is also home to three of the best wing joints in the world – 911 Tavern, Doc Sullivan’s and the Blackthorn Pub (the longtime favorite of beloved native son, the late Tim Russert). South Buffalo also has the good fortune (the luck of the Irish?) to be anchored by two Frederick Law Olmsted parks. South Park is home to the Buffalo & Erie County Botanical Gardens while Cazenovia Park is the more scenic of the two, highlighted by the gently flowing creek it was named after.
