The cozy living room features a comfortable queen gel sofa sleeper and a 43” Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The space flows seamlessly into a fully stocked kitchen, complete with granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, and both Keurig K-Cup and drip coffee makers. Enjoy your meals at the 4-person dining table with the gorgeous North Myrtle Beach coastline as your backdrop.

Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink. Furnished with four chairs, it’s the perfect spot to listen to the soothing sounds of the waves. The bedroom promises a restful night`s sleep with two luxurious 14` queen beds fitted with 1,000-thread-count hotel bedding. You`ll also find a 55” Samsung Smart TV and two spacious closets to unpack and feel at home. For your convenience, the condo includes a dedicated workspace with free Wi-Fi.

GETTING AROUND
Free on-site parking is provided for your convenience. Many of the top attractions, including Barefoot Landing, are just a short walk or drive away. The Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is conveniently located 16 miles from the resort.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE
Self Check-In: This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel room. You can bypass the front desk and head straight to the condo upon arrival. Access is managed by a coded lock, and your unique code will be sent in a welcome email on your arrival day.

Supplies & Services: We provide a starter set of amenities, including linens, towels, washcloths, trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper. Daily maid service is not included, but it can be arranged for an additional fee. Beach umbrellas and chairs are available for seasonal rental directly from the on-site lifeguards.

House Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. A $200 fee will be assessed if this rule is violated.
Please treat our home with the same respect you would your own.

Rental Agreement: You must complete the Rental Agreement within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to a mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee. This fee covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.
