Luxury Ski-in Ski-Out Condo @ Windham Mountain

The building is located at the base of Windham Mountain, and features ski on/ ski off access to the slopes during the winter. It is a short drive to the town of Windham, and with nearby access to restaurants, golf, horseback riding, zip lining, vineyards, a water park, among other activities. There is one parking spot in a heated underground garage with an elevator right up to the condo. Only 2.5-hour drive from NYC.

The condo is located in the newest luxury building at Windham, with a heated outdoor swimming pool, two hot tubs, gym, a patio with a fire pit with plenty of outdoor seating, and a ski locker room that opens right out onto the mountain. There is a state-of-the-art fitness room as well as a dedicated private locker for ski equipment with boot warmers.

This unit features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two bunk beds. Each of the bedrooms includes a full bathroom en suite. All bedrooms have smart TVs with YouTube tv set up for streaming. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you will need. There is also a dishwasher and washer/ dryer in the unit. There is plenty of room for two families.

From the living room, walk out to a large balcony overlooking the beautiful scenery of the Catskill Mountains. On the balcony you will find four comfortable Adirondack chairs. No pets allowed. Must be at least 25 years old to book reservation.
