- Palm Springs Aerial Tramway: Take a ride on the world's largest rotating tramcar and enjoy breathtaking views of the Coachella Valley from the top of Mt. San Jacinto.
- Indian Canyons: Explore the stunning natural beauty of Palm Springs by hiking through the Indian Canyons, where you'll find beautiful waterfalls, rock formations, and lush vegetation.
- Palm Springs Art Museum: Immerse yourself in the world of art by visiting the Palm Springs Art Museum, which features a collection of modern and contemporary art, as well as Native American and Western art.
- Joshua Tree National Park: Take a day trip to Joshua Tree National Park, where you can hike, rock climb, and stargaze in one of the most unique landscapes in the world.
- The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens: Get up close and personal with desert wildlife at The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, which features over 1,200 acres of gardens and exhibits.

Other things to note:
- Easy self-check-in is available via the front door keypad. A personalized code will be sent before check-in.
- The pool can be heated at no extra cost from mid-March through October. Even with an efficient heater, it is not possible to reach and maintain an acceptable level of heat when nighttime temperatures dip below 60 degrees.
- The spa is much easier to heat and will heat up quickly for year-round enjoyment at no additional cost.
- Pool maintenance takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays between 9am-11am. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Rest assured that our pool cleaner is considerate, uses no loud machinery and enters through the side gate.
- Gardening takes place on Thursday mornings for approximately 30 minutes. The gardener is mindful and enters through the side gate.
- Walk-up trash service takes place Thursday mornings - no need to put the bins on the curb!
- We work to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs whenever possible. Additional fees may apply.
- Licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs must follow strict vacation rental laws, which span occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, collection of hotel taxes and prohibition of outdoor music. Renters must be over the age of 25 and have a contract signed by the primary renter. We thank you for your help and understanding.
- For your convenience, our fees include the Palm Springs mandatory Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) of 12.5%.
- By law, NO MUSIC can be audible outside the property line at any time and NO NOISE audible outside after 10 PM. This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe way to wirelessly monitor decibel levels outside vacation rentals, helping to prevent noise fines and neighborhood complaints.
