MASTER BEDROOM (UPPER LEVEL)
Relax in the sun-filled master bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed with a plush mattress and soft cotton linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The en suite bathroom provides both convenience and luxury, complete with high-quality toiletries to enhance your stay.

BEDROOM 2 (UPPER LEVEL)
This cozy and inviting room offers 2 queen-sized beds with soft cotton linens. The bright, airy atmosphere and carefully curated details make it a welcoming retreat.

BEDROOM 3: (UPPER LEVEL)
Affectionately known as the "fun place," this room is perfect for little adventurers. Featuring bunk beds—twin on top and full on the bottom—it’s the ideal spot for kids to wind down after a day of play. Cozy and inviting, this room is designed to make their stay both fun and comfortable!

BEDROOM 4 (LOWER LEVEL)
Located on the lower level of the home, this quiet retreat features a cozy queen bed with soft cotton linens for a restful night's sleep. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the upstairs, it offers a serene escape. With a bathroom conveniently located on the same level, you’ll enjoy ultimate peace and privacy during your stay.

Bright and sunny, the living room features a wrap-around sectional couch—perfect for those warm family conversations or a relaxing movie night. With a 75-inch screen TV, every evening can be movie night!

KITCHEN & DINING
Directly across from the living room, the fully equipped kitchen is where the magic happens! Whether you're cooking up a family meal or preparing a snack, this space has everything you need to make your stay feel like home. Enjoy family-style dinners in the open dining area, or take the meal outside and dine al fresco on the patio.

BATHROOM 2 (UPPER LEVEL)
A full bathroom with a shower, stocked with premium toiletries for your convenience

LOWER LEVEL
Bring the family downstairs for some fun! Form teams and enjoy a game or two with our air hockey table. There are plenty of games for rainy days, or you can kick back and watch a movie with your favorite snacks. For added convenience, there’s also a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room—all located on the same floor.

Security Camera Disclosure

For the safety and security of our guests and property, this home is equipped with exterior security cameras. All devices are used solely for monitoring the exterior and non-guest-accessible areas, and no cameras are placed inside the living spaces.

Camera Locations:
    •    Driveway: Two cameras monitoring vehicle entry and parking
    •    Front Entrance: Two cameras facing the street and entry area
    •    Backyard: One camera overlooking the rear deck
    •    Garage (Supply Closet): One camera inside the garage, which is a private storage space not accessible to guests.

These cameras are in place strictly for security purposes and are not intended to infringe on guest privacy.
