The Space:
This condo has one bedroom with a king-size bed and a queen-size pullout couch in the living room. There is one full bathroom and a sizeable kitchen with modern appliances. The space can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The condo is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the free town of Vail bus system.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire space except for a closet lockoff.

The Neighborhood:
Sandstone is a neighborhood located between West Vail and the ski villages. It is a 15 minute free bus ride to Vail Village, a 15 minute walk to Lionshead Village, and a 5 minute drive to West Vail.

Getting Around:
Two parking spaces are available for this condo, but a car is not necessary in Vail. The free TOV bus stops right out front and can take you to Vail Village in 15 minutes. Lionshead Village is a 15 minute walk across the pedestrian bridge. West Vail, with grocery stores, restaurants, and ski shops, is a 5 minute drive. The ECO bus can be used from Vail Village to visit neighboring towns, including Beaver Creek.

Moving furniture is prohibited as it causes damage to the furniture/floors/walls. Moving furniture will result in a fee of $50 per item moved, plus costs to repair any damage caused by moving the furniture
