We love living here near some of the best beaches in the USA and Coastal Dune Lakes as well! Its great being in the heart of everything 30a has to offer. We have world class beaches, shopping here in Seagrove and Seaside or head East and enjoy Alys Beach and Rosemary beach. So much to see and do and all within a Golf Cart or bike ride from our home!

The home itself is very special with its incredible charm, views and warmth. We also were drawn to the privacy of our location yet in the middle of everything. Walk to the Gulf or Paddle in the Dune Lake. Eastern Lake is one of our favorite dune lakes because of how it feeds into the Gulf. Seagrove itself is in the middle of 30A and you can walk, bike or golf cart to any of the wonderful surrounding communities.

The property is large and intimate with water views from every window. It also has a good sized driveway and parking area, which the majority of homes don't offer our families that come to visit with other family members joining in.
