The Space:

Escape to Casa del Sol, where classic mid-century modern design meets Polynesian-inspired architecture. This unique property, featuring a main house and a newly constructed private casita, offers four bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.



**Living, Dining & Kitchen**

Step inside to a spacious open living area, beautifully designed with modern, high-end furnishings and lively pops of yellow. Relax on the cozy sectional sofa and enjoy mountain vistas through the large windows or watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring premium appliances, a wine chiller, and a raised kitchen bar for casual dining. Gather for meals at the dining table that seats six.



**Sleeping Arrangements:**

* **Primary Suite:** A true sanctuary with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, and sliding doors that open directly to the courtyard.

* **Second Bedroom:** Features a comfortable king-size bed.

* **Third Bedroom:** Offers a welcoming queen-size bed.

* **The Casita:** This charming and serene retreat is a detached guest house with its own entrance to the courtyard. It includes a queen bed, a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom for added privacy.



**Your Private Outdoor Oasis:**

The enclosed courtyard is the heart of the home, designed for ultimate relaxation and enjoyment. Your private amenities include:

* A sparkling swimming pool with an integrated spa and tanning ledge.

* A gas BBQ grill for outdoor cooking.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property. This includes the main house, the detached casita, and the fully enclosed courtyard with all its amenities, including the private pool and spa. There are no shared spaces. Enjoy your own private paradise.



The Neighborhood:

*   You will have the entire house, property to yourself.

*   Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles.

* NO access to park in the garage or enter

* **Pool & Spa Heating:** Heating for the pool and spa is an optional service available for an additional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum). Please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your arrival if you would like to add this service so we can ensure it's heated upon your arrival.

* **City Requirements:** As required by the City of Palm Springs, all guests must sign a separate rental agreement, provide a copy of a government-issued ID, and list the license plate numbers for all vehicles. This information will be collected securely after your booking is confirmed.

* **Cancellation Policy:**

- 100% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

- 50% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

- No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

* **Our Commitment to Cleanliness:** Your safety is our highest priority. Our professional housekeeping team follows rigorous cleaning and disinfecting protocols using EPA-registered products before every arrival. We ensure all high-touch surfaces are sanitized and all dinnerware is re-washed for your peace of mind.
