Laaja rehevÀ nurmikko, jossa on 152 jalkaa rantakohtaa, on erinomainen ulkoiluun ja yksityiseen auringonottoon. TÀmÀ asetus on henkeÀsalpaava valkoisella hiekkarannallaan ja kuohuviinillÀ.

Family trip 2023

The property was incredible and just as pictured online. There was some miscommunication with check-in but it was resolved and the property manager came to house personally to make sure we were all set. I would definitely recommend this beautiful beachfront property!

Magical, peaceful stay

We had the most fabulous stay this past week in paradise. The location was just perfect, and the home itself was absolutely beautiful. I want to make sure people know that the noise complaints on other reviews was just not an issue at all. Every once in awhile we’d hear a truck go by but never excessive or for long periods of time. Overall it was incredibly peaceful with an almost empty beach. We loved every minute of our stay.

Beautiful amazing house

This house is beautiful on the inside and outside!! There were 10 of us staying here and we loved the huge outside deck! There were plenty of comfy chairs to sit on. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed from coffee to grilling supplies to glasses and utensils. Mindy was very quick to respond when we had a question and the owner Ryan made us feel very welcome and at home in his house. The views are amazing and we all loved how close the beach was!! We had a great time!!

Amazing House, Perfect Location

Our family of 6 adults and a 3 year old spent 10 days in Kauai at the Ginger Beach House. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give this house a 10!!! The house itself was spectacular, beautifully furnished and equipped with every detail done perfectly, and situated on gorgeous, well maintained grounds. Its beachfront setting on Anahola Beach is breathtaking. The beach was uncrowded (and mostly undiscovered) and perfect for swimming. We will never forget the views of beach and ocean from virtually every room of the house as well as the full length Lanai. Another advantage of the central location of the house on the island is that it is a short drive from either the beaches and sights along the North Shore, or a slightly longer drive to the South shore. We visited and enjoyed many of the beaches from one end of the island to the other, but we agreed that we never found a better beach for swimming and enjoying the sand than right there at Anahola Beach. We literally could not have possibly chosen a better property for the 7 members of our family to vacation at on Kauai. In fact, we are already talking about a return visit and hope to get back there soon. The Ginger Beach House is a real gem.

Motor Cross & Roosters

The house is beautiful and perfectly maintained. However, this is no "Hawaiian Paradise" We learned the hard way that Anahola Beach is a local Hawaiian neighborhood and the locals seem to be angry to have visitors. This home is right next to a public park and access to the beach which attracts motor bikes that torment all day and all night. These bikes treat the beach like it's a motocross event. We counted 5 abandoned vehicles on the beach with people living in some of those cars. Vehicles are also allowed on the beach; coming and going all night. We heard at least 4 cars get stuck in the sand in the middle of the night. Boom boxes too. Since the house isn’t air conditioned, you can’t shut the windows or doors to help close out the noise. It feels as if the motorcycles are in your living room. Let’s not forget the roosters that never shut up. They crow all day, except around 8pm to 3am then they start again. The roosters are infested in the neighborhood and the hedges next to the master bedroom. We appreciate the rooster heritage on the island but this area is way out of control. You will learn to go to sleep when the roosters do if you want some rest, but the motocross is still happening so you never know what to expect. So, if you're looking for your own “Private Hawaiian Paradise” as advertised; I’m sorry but this is not what we experienced.

The house is beautiful and is in a perfect location. It was everything we anticipated. The only issue we had is none of the showers had soap or shower gel. Otherwise it was really nice.

Paradise and the Ginger House

We loved this little piece of paradise. Great beach access and close to plenty of things to do and places to eat in Kapaa. Plenty of gear for snorkeling, bogey boarding, and chilling on the beach. Great mini market right down the road with fresh tuna poke and sushi every day! The Ginger House is well equipped for the chef and the grill master! The host was very responsive and had great recommendations for everything Kauai. We will be back soon!

Ginger House was Just Right!

We thoroughly enjoyed this well maintained and spacious house, and its location was perfect for activities around the island. Anahola Beach is beautiful, and in early October it was never crowded. We all loved playing in the surf and on the beach. Locals were friendly, noise from beach traffic was mild, and being so close to the ocean allowed everyone to come and go as they pleased. We’d definitely like to come again!

Ginger Beach House

Some of the marketing photos are no longer a true representation of the property, but the home is still beautiful. The layout is very accommodating and the house is well appointed with easy beach access. Our family stayed there for ten days in early September and we did not encounter any of the noise issues from the beach that other reviews alluded to.

Relaxing. Pictures need to be updated

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days, it was private and relaxing. The noise that everyone talks about from the park next door is there, as locals drive on the beach in their buggies/trucks so you may hear their motors from 6:30am to 2am. Wild roosters in the neighborhood will wake you up most mornings at 6am. The host supplies tons of ear plugs at the house though we didnt use them and we weren't bothered by the noises too much. You will see surfers surfing waves most of the day. The exterior of the property isnt maintained as shown. The current pictures are dated about 8 years judging by the growth of the trees, and the landscaping pretty much grows wild now and not manicured like the pictures show. There is no longer a fire pit or jacuzzi. The beach is covered in drift wood, not clean as shown. Trees have grown very high along the left side of the back yard so you can see down the beach as pictures show. There is a path in the back yard that leads towards the park where the locals park so you have to walk past them to get to the beach, there is no path on the left side of the property to the beach as shown in pictures. The yard is basically mowed weeds, the neighbors yards have regular grass and manicure their trees better than this property. The master bedroom AC was not blowing cold air so we slept in the room with the bigger bed on the opposite side of the house, probably best as this was further from the park noise at night. The interior is great, just as pictured!

SPECTACULAR - Deserves 10+ Stars!

I cannot say enough about the Ginger House! We rented the property for 3 weeks and loved every minute! The house is spectacular, just as pictured on the website. There are stunning ocean views from every spot in the house. It is very spacious with room for a large group. All of the furnishings are very comfortable from the beds, couches, dining space and outdoor furniture! The decor is perfect! Everyone that stayed with us were in awe of the beauty and comfort of the home. The house has everything you could possibly need with extras that most rental properties do not provide like shampoo, conditioner, dove soap, food storage bags, beach towels, plenty of bath towels, to name just a few. The property manager, was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The house is located in a neighborhood occupied by locals and we really enjoyed the local feeling, quiet, not overrun by tourists, we felt at home. The central location makes it easy to travel to either the Poipu/Waimea Canyon to the south and and Hanalei Bay to the North. Very close to Historic Kapaa making shopping and eating out convenient. As to the issue of vehicles on the beach, again, we stayed for 21 days and did not have any problems or concerns. Yes, there were vehicles that occasionally drove past on the beach, but they simply drive by - in 21 days there was never constant traffic or noise that lasted more than 1-2 minutes . 99% of the time we enjoyed pure peace! Can't wait to return!!! We already miss it!

Beautiful home. View amazing. Property manager great to work with. Only problem is location, right next to county park. Had cars and trucks revving engines at all hours of night going through the sand.

Amazing Views

Beautiful home with an absolutely stunning view. House has all the right amenities and is steps away from a gorgeous beach. The house is well situated between nearby activities in Hanalei or Wailua. Property owners were responsive to needs. Highly recommend.

Perfect Family Retreat

The Ginger Beach House is a relaxing oasis, right on the beach, ideal for families and friends who want to have a laidback vacation. The house is beautiful and well-appointed, containing everything you need, with many little extras thoughtfully left for guests, like games, puzzles, and books for all ages. Plenty of towels, outdoor seating & lounge options, and a stunning view from all angles. The location is nicely situated between Kapa’a and Princeville/Hanalei, so the drive to either place is relatively quick and easy. The owners were very approachable and accessible for any questions we had, and made sure we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Ginger Beach House and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a low key vacation.

All time FAVORITE vacation with my family

Ginger Beach House was the perfect vacation home for my family. We enjoyed the home so much we very seldom left. The beach was beautiful and not noisy at all, as previous reviews reflect. We were there over New Year's Eve, built a fire on the beach, and sat and enjoyed being together as a family. The home was stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkels. We have traveled every holiday for seven years; this is our favorite home. We will be back, and thank you, Ginger Beach House, for the memories. We miss you!

Met all expectations

The house was amazing. It was perfect for 8 of us. Beautiful beach views and access to the beach was easy. The public road to the beach was next to the house so it got busy at times but didn’t bother us. We would go back in a second. Would definitely recommend. The property manager was also very helpful and easy to work with.

A dream home with a million dollar view!

The Ginger Beach House was the perfect home for me and my friends. The house itself is even more gorgeous than the photos depict! Spacious with beautiful fittings throughout. Excellent air conditioning when needed. Well-appointed kitchen and very comfortable beds. We spent many hours drinking cocktails on the lanai as the surf crashed. Many a walk taken on the beach. The owners were responsive and an issue with the hot water service fixed within the hour. The location both feels isolated, but is also only a short drive to eat out or buy groceries. I would spend every holiday here if i could!

Yes, it's worth it!!!

This rental exceeded our expectations. The house and views are more beautiful than the web can show you. We had 9 adults and we able to gather at the dining room table but also we all had space to separate if we wanted. House was stocked with everything you need for inside or for the beach. We were there 7 nights and only one night did the park next door disturb me sleeping in the MBR, but they stopped at 11pm, so no big deal. Ryan and Mindy were very responsive and helpful with normal requests and a few curveballs. Definitely recommend this place and would rebook.
