Cottage 12: Beachfront Cottage Escape
This beautiful 2-storey, semi-detached cottage is right on our private beach, making it the perfect choice for your next getaway. Spend the day enjoying the waters of Lake Erie and end it relaxing by the fire with your feet up!
The cottage features four bedrooms, each with a queen bed, as well as two pull-out sofas that sleep three adults.
Bedrooms
• Beds are made with a mattress protector, sheets, duvet, pillows, pillow protector, and pillowcases.
Bathroom
• Features a beautiful walk-in shower with amazing water pressure for a luxury shower experience.
• Bath towels
• Toilet paper
• Hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo
• Blow dryers available
Kitchen
• High-end, stainless steel LG appliances
• Toaster
• 14-cup drip coffee maker (no paper filters required)
• Dishes and utensils for up to 11 people
• Large salad bowl with tongs
• Can opener and bottle opener
• Pots and pans
• Strainer
• Spatula
• Dish soap and sponge
• Paper towels and hand towels

• Charcoal bbq with bbq tongs and a spatula

• Great trails for biking and nature walks
• Only a 5-20 minute drive to wineries, golf courses, horseback riding, skydiving, and more
• Only a 10-minute drive to the City of Port Colborne for grocery shopping at Sobeys, NoFrills, Food Basics, and Canadian Tire
• 35-40 minute drive to Niagara Falls
Outside your unit, you will find a charcoal bbq on your deck with bbq tongs and a spatula, as well as a bonfire pit. If needed, our staff can help you get them started. You can bring your own charcoal and wood or they are available for purchase.
You'll also find beach chairs on your private section of the beach.
