Pickleball Paradise: Stay & Play: Heated Pool + Private Sport Court

Welcome to Pickleball Paradise: This is a beautifully updated and professionally decorated townhome with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, nestled in a serene beach neighborhood just 5 blocks from the ocean. The backyard oasis invites you to enjoy a PRIVATE pickleball court, a putting green with a sand trap feature, a large heated pool, a fire pit, and a covered seating area, creating the perfect retreat. This single-level townhouse features an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area, fostering connection and relaxation. This pet-friendly beach house is equipped with smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen that invites culinary creativity, complete with a blender, a Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, and a toaster—just bring your food and drinks! It also offers a full-size washer and dryer, along with a gas grill. Linens for all beds, including an air mattress, are provided, along with bath and beach towels. Enjoy convenient beach gear, including chairs, a cart, a blanket, and a cooler. The garage, transformed into a game room, ensures endless entertainment without stepping outside! An additional queen air mattress in the main bedroom closet.

This beach house has smart TVs, WIFI, and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, including a blender, a Keurig, a regular coffee maker, and a toaster; you only need food and drinks. It also has a full-size washer and dryer, a gas grill. Linens will be provided for all beds, including the air mattress. Bath and beach towels are also provided, as well as beach gear – beach chairs, cart, blanket, and cooler. The garage has been converted into a game room, so you have everything you need without ever leaving the house! The Queen air mattress is located in the main bedroom closet.

PET FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
